If we are going to make a difference and be all God intended us to be, we must yield ourselves to Jesus and allow Him to freely use our tools, talents and treasures to impact the lives of our neighbors.

God has transported us from where we were into a community built upon Jesus, built into Jesus and built for Jesus. As believers we must allow God to reflect in us those qualities as we interact together. If we are to be builded together, we must be an authentic people, a people on display yielded to the master builder, Jesus Christ.

We must remember that hope is not in a politician, a political party, a process, a personality, or even a perspective. Our hope is in none other than the person of Jesus Christ, King of kings and Lord of Lords, the alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end. Regardless of who is President, Jesus is King!

In the midst of adversity and challenges and regardless of how dire things may seem there is still worship in Heaven. When Jesus is at the center my response to the adversities of life will be to worship Jesus who remains in control. In the end there is also worship. After everything has failed we see our hope is in none other than Jesus Christ and when all things are destroyed and then made new there will still be worship for we shall see Jesus face to face.
