...On this Memorial Day episode, I discuss the most important thing that was shown to me, which was being in the present. All this was discovered because there was a time in which life was so over whelming that I couldn't breath. I was unable to make anything make sense out of life and it made things more difficult for me. This life is what it is because of who I am and where I am, and because of who you are and where you are. Only I know and you know those areas. One thing for sure is that being present is now everything to me. I hope this episode helps anyone who needs to find themselves in the present.
