The first episode of the Lycanthrope Black, the industry podcast from Lycanthrope & Noir is live. I wasn't able to get to all the planned topics, so I spent a lot of time talking about dealing with Tech Recruiters. I am not a tech recruiter, and I don't have all that much sympathy for them or hiring managers. I talk about salary, about fauxtech, so we cover a bit about the financial aspect, about the social aspect.
