LV= Stay Connected

We're really pleased to introduce another channel in our Stay Connected content with the launch of the first in a series of Stay Connected Podcasts.

As we all continue to navigate our way through the effects the Coronavirus situation is having on us, finding ways to connect is continuing to be more important than ever, so we hope our podcasts help.

We've got plans to cover everything from wellbeing to work, from relaxation to business performance, all in relatively bite-size morsels of sound that you can just take a few moments to sit back and listen to.

The next in our Stay Connected Podcasts links in with Men’s Health Week and their focus on taking action against underlying health conditions. Earlier in the week we shared the stark reality that men are twice as likely to die from Covid-19 than women and so now more than ever it’s really important that we look after ourselves in the best possible way.

Early last year we spoke to Stu Webster, Lead Systems Thinking Analyst in Exeter, about how he took control of his health and how a conscious decision to stop smoking and increase his daily steps led to a successful entry to run the London marathon…

We thought now was a great time to catch up with Stu and find out more about how he tackled his health head on, how he remains motivated to stay healthy and how he hasn’t looked back since his journey began. We also asked the all-important question…did he complete that marathon?
