Μια προσπάθεια συγκέντρωσης και παρουσίασης της μουσικής σκηνής της Ελλάδας. An attempt to assemble and present the music scene of Greece.
Great For Healing-Alienated Earthling Τζαζ παραμύθια σε ένα post – apocalyptic setting. Οι great for healing είναι ένα νεοσύστατο τρίο που έχει έρθει να ταράξει τα νερά, χρωματίζοντας διάφορα ηλεκτρισμένα νούφαρα από τον Ιούνιο του 2023, έχοντας λάβει τρομερή στήριξη και πολύ όμορφες κριτικές από το Jazz Solidarity Network, διάφορες διοργανώσεις και τους φορείς του.
Με αφορμή το πρώτο τους ever release για το single “Alienated Earthling” με το GR & UK based label Fair Weather Friends Records στις 26 Απρίλη, καλούν όλα τα γήινα εξωγήινα πλάσματα σε αυτό το υπερ διαγαλαξιακό ταξίδι. Γιατί “Alienated Earthling”; Ίσως επειδή κανείς μας πραγματικά δεν ανήκει, αν ανήκει, το σπίτι δεν είναι ποτέ απτός και φυσικός χώρος.
Οι επιρροές τους ξεκινούν και τελειώνουν στα ίδια σημεία με αυτά του σύμπαντος. Η Ειρήνη Αλισά, η Νίκη Κοκκόλη και ο Γιάννης Παπανικολάου μπλέκουν τζαζ, ηλεκτρονική και πειραματική μουσική και αφηγούνται post apocalyptic παραμύθια.

Τhe whole concept is about not being great, but great for healing.
The trio by the name of great for healing is an adventurous new birth inside the ginormous music industry with multiple influences imitating the beginning and possible ending of the universe. With Eirini Alisá (Piano/ Keys), Nicky Kokkoli (Sax) and Yiannis Papanikolaou (Drums), a blend of jazz, electronic elements and rigorously unfiltered storytelling is born.
In between schisms and elevator shafts lay the major rests and pauses they all three seek in their music. Sound without pauses is food without spices.
Through their “mistakes”, they build new ideas and converse with the audience in this new era of modern music, in which, jazz is once again a genre of no elitism, music for the people, for young blood. Three storytellers ready to charm you with their plastic pipes, arpeggiators, lack of greatness and effects.

Δημιουργήθηκαν το 2014 και από το 2016 έχουν εμφανιστεί στις περισσότερες μουσικές σκηνές της Αθήνας. Με επιρροές που ξεκινούν από τη σύγχρονη jazz (Vijay Iyer, Mehliana, Now vs Now, Bad Plus, Tigran Hamasyan) και φτάνουν μέχρι την τολμηρή electronica (Nerve, Squarepusher, Autechre), και το progressive rock,το original υλικό των Loop Vertigo ισορροπεί ανάμεσα στη σύνθεση και τον αυτοσχεδιασμό, τον ακουστικό και ηλεκτρικό ήχο. Τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2023 κυκλοφόρησε το τελευταίο τους άλμπουμ με τίτλο “Binary Flaws”, όπου αναδεικνύεται η τάση της μπάντας προς πιο αυστηρές δομές κι έναν πιο ηλεκτρονικό ήχο, διατηρώντας, όμως, τις heavy/progressive επιρροές της και την αγάπη της για τον αυτοσχεδιασμό. Είχε προηγηθεί το 2018, το πρώτο τους άλμπουμ με τίτλο “Neocortex”, μέσω της δισκογραφικής Black Athena. Loop Vertigo is an electronica-jazz duo from Athens, comprising Pianist/Keyboardist Dimitris Moutsios and Drummer Alex Stavropoulos.
Their original music hovers between composition and improvisation, acoustic and electric sound, creating their own unique world. Their influences from contemporary jazz (Vijay Iyer, Mehliana, Now vs Now, Bad Plus, Tigran Hamasyan) to reckless electronic artists like Nerve, Squarepusher and Autechre are well hidden, but yet present in their compositions. In September 2023, their latest album titled “Binary Flaws” was released, showcasing the band’s musical diversity and a tendency towards a more electronic sound, while still retaining their heavy/progressive influences and love for improvisation. This followed their first album titled “Neocortex”, released in 2018 through the record label Black Athena.

Viki Steiri – ProcessionViki Steiri – BrinkViki Steiri ft. Dario Papavassiliou (santur) – BalmEctopia – SaunaΗ Viki Steiri είναι συνθέτρια, μουσικός (τσέλο, πιάνο) και διεπιστημονική καλλιτέχνης. Γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα όπου επέστρεψε το 2021, έχοντας ζήσει 16 χρόνια στο Λονδίνο. Έχει συνθέσει μουσική για εγκαταστάσεις, περφόρμανς, βιντεοτέχνη και κινηματογράφο. Το πρώτο της προσωπικό άλμπουμ με τίτλο ‘Balm’ κυκλοφόρησε ψηφιακά από το αγγλικό label Alien Jams και σε βινύλιο από τo ελληνικό Rekem Records το 2024. Η μουσική του ‘Balm’ είναι ένα non-genre mix ενισχυμένου τσέλου με extended techniques, synths, αυτοσχεδιασμού και ηλεκτρονικής μουσικής (χορευτικής και μη).
Είναι μέλος του improv music/art group Ectopia (‘life/section’ LP, 2017, Wysing Polyphonic) και έχει συνεργαστεί με καλλιτέχνες σε κυκλοφορίες όπως το ‘Future Chorus’, με την Ελένη Ικονιάδου και το ‘sex robot’, με τη Sidsel Meineche Hansen. Tα μουσικά της ενδιαφέροντα επικεντρώνονται στην πειραματική μουσική, τον ελεύθερο αυτοσχεδιασμό και την σύνθεση για άλλα μέσα.
Στο παρελθόν, έχει συν-επιμεληθεί ραδιοφωνική εκπομπή στο NTS Radio με την Chloe Frieda (Alien Jams) και έχει υπάρξει μέλος του εργαστηρίου ελεύθερου αυτοσχεδιασμού του Eddie Prevost στο Λονδίνο. Viki Steiri is a composer, cellist, pianist and interdisciplinary artist. Born in Greece, she moved to London in 2005 and is based in Athens as of 2021. She has written music for installations, performance, video art and film. Her debut LP ‘Βalm’ was released digitally by Alien Jams (UK) and on vinyl by Rekem Records (Greece) in 2024. Μusic in ‘Βalm’ is a non-genre mix of amplified cello with extended techniques, synths, improvisation and electronic music (dance or not).
She is a member of the improvised music/art group Ectopia (‘life/section’, 2017, Wysing Polyphonic), and has collaborated with other artists on releases such as ‘Future Chorus’ with Eleni Ikoniadou, and ‘sex robot’ with Turner prize winner Sidsel Meineche Hansen. Her musical interests include experimental music, free improvisation and composition for other media.
In the past she has co-hosted a radio show on NTS radio with Chloe Frieda (Alien Jams) and performed with the Eddie Prevost free improvisation workshop in London. Terrapin – (Prolonged Accusation) Mind ProbeTerrapin – Spiritual BankruptcyTerrapin – SanctuaryΟι Terrapin είναι μία ψυχεδελική ροκ μπάντα από την Αθήνα. Ο ήχος τους ξεκινά από την ψυχεδέλεια και περνά από το folk rock, το prog και τη folk jazz φτάνοντας ενίοτε ως τον ελεύθερο αυτοσχεδιασμό, με σταθερό άξονα την ροκ τραγουδοποιΐα. Δημιουργήθηκαν το 2013 από τον κιθαρίστα και τραγουδιστή των No Man’s Land Βασίλη Αθανασιάδη, τον ντράμερ Γιώργο Τζίβα στα τύμπανα και τον μπασίστα Γιώργο Παπαγεωργιάδη (επίσης ιδρυτικό μέλος των No Man’s Land).
Το πρώτο τους album με τίτλο “Sanctuary” κυκλοφορεί το 2017 σε βινύλιο και cd αποσπώντας λαμπρές κριτικές.Την ίδια χρονιά τον Γιώργο Παπαγεωργιάδη αντικαθιστά ο Κώστας Σιδηροκαστρίτης, ο οποίος εκτός από το μπάσο συνεισφέρει στα φωνητικά, στα πλήκτρα και στην κιθάρα. Το δεύτερο άλμπουμ των Terrapin με τίτλο “Zero Repercussions” κυκλοφορεί το καλοκαίρι του 2020 σε ψηφιακή μορφή στο Bandcamp, ενώ το Σεπτέμβριο του 2021 κυκλοφορεί και σε φυσική μορφή (limited edition cd με δύο bonus tracks). Και αυτή τη φορά, οι κριτικές είναι εξαιρετικές. Το 2022 ο James Stathatos παίρνει τη θέση του Κώστα Σιδηροκαστρίτη και λίγο αργότερα προστίθεται στην μπάντα ο Αλέξανδρος Μισιρλιάδης (πλήκτρα).
Από το 2013 μέχρι σήμερα οι Terrapin διατηρούν μια συνεχή παρουσία στην ελληνική μουσική σκηνή, παίζοντας σε μικρούς ή μεγαλύτερους χώρους, σε μπαρ, μουσικές σκηνές και φεστιβάλ. Οι ζωντανές τους εμφανίσεις διακρίνονται για την εσωτερική ένταση, το πάθος και την προσήλωση στη στιγμή, χαρακτηριστικά που δημιουργούν κάθε φορά μια ξεχωριστή, ηλεκτρισμένη ατμόσφαιρα.
Terrapin are a psychedelic rock band from Athens. Their sound has its roots in psychedelia-infused folk rock, incorporating prog and folk jazz elements, at times embracing free improvisation. But time-honoured rock songwriting remains the constant axis of their music.
They were formed in 2013 by Vassilis Athanassiadis, guitarist and singer of psych-rockers No Man’s Land, drummer and percussionist George Tzivas and bassist George Papageorgiadis (also formerly of No Man’s Land). In 2017 they released their debut album “Sanctuary” which was praised for its atmosphere and inspired songwriting. George Papageorgiadis left later the same year, and was replaced by Kostas Sidirokastritis, who in addition to electric bass contributed harmony vocals, keyboards and guitar. Terrapin’s second album “Zero Repercussions” was first released digitally on Bandcamp in the summer of 2020 and soon after on a limited-edition cd. Once more, the reviews were more than favourable. In 2022 James Stathatos became the band’s new bassist with keyboardist Alexandros Misirliadis joining soon after. Since their formation, Terrapin have been playing live shows incessantly. Their sets are electrifying, as the band strives to capture the moment and then transcend it, constantly aiming to present their audience with something unique and timeless.

Το Future Temporalities περιλαμβάνει μουσική εξερεύνηση που αμφισβητεί τις καθιερωμένες συμβάσεις χωρίς να διακυβεύεται η μουσικότητα σε κανένα από τα 8 κομμάτια. Ηχητικά, ένα αρκετά ποικιλόμορφο άλμπουμ που σπρώχνει τα όρια των παραδοσιακών ειδών συγχωνεύοντας και επικαλύπτοντας ηχοτοπία από την έκρηξη των Kraut μέχρι το post-rock και τις ηλεκτρονικές συνθέσεις των τελευταίων ετών. Το δεύτερο μουσικό του εγχείρημα έχει ξεκινήσει και θα είναι έτοιμο μέσα στο 2025.
At its core, Odd Dodo in his debut, combine analog synths & effects with physical instruments and embrace dissonance or even atonality at points, ultimately challenging our expectations and creating something fresh and most importantly alive. Future Temporalities features music exploration that challenges established conventions without compromising the musicality in any of the 8 pieces. Sonically, a quite diverse album that pushes the boundaries of traditional genres by merging and overlaying soundscapes from the Kraut explosion all the way to post-rock and electronic compositions of recent years. The sessions for his sophomore album have started and it will be ready in 2025.

τους δουλειά “Steps” σε μορφή κασέτας στην Submersion Records. O Selfish Limbs
επιμελείται κυρίως ατμοσφαιρικές συνθέσεις, συνδυάζοντας διάφορα μίνιμαλ ηλεκτρονικά
στυλ. Εστιάζει στη δημιουργία ηχητικών μοτίβων και υφών αποκλειστικά και μόνο με τα
τύμπανα του και πειραματίζεται σε νέες τεχνικές που φέρνουν κοντά τον ακουστικό με το
ηλεκτρονικό ήχο. Δραστηριοποιείται από το 2019 και έχει στο ενεργητικό του 5 σόλο

As Never Before is a duo from Thessaloniki formed by Kyriakos Plsds and Selfish Limbs.
They meet each other in 2020 and they start to experiment with unusual musical forms
regarding the acoustic and electronic musical elements. In October of 2023, their debut
album “Steps” is released on tape by Submersion Records. Selfish Limbs curates mostly
ambient arrangements, complimenting minimal electronic styles. He focuses on creating
sound patterns and textures solely from his drumming while experimenting with new
techniques that blend together acoustic and electronic sounds. He is active since 2019
and has 5 solo albums under his belt: Shock Tactics (2019, UK, Tape), Beats To Beat
Isolation (2019, UK, Tape), Isolated Cityscapes (2020, USA, Cd), Three-Way Association
(2023, DE, Book), Sonic Blankets (2023, UK, Tape), Symbols (2023,DE, Postcards).

Hidden in the basement is a heavy rock band from Larisa, Greece. Created in 2007, they have already devised a qualitative and consistent course on the domestic underground scene, having released one demo and 3 full length albums. With performances all over Greece, Europe and Turkey, alongside major bands such as Sepultura, Karma to Burn, Orange Goblin, Burst, Clutch, Septic Flesh, Rotting Christ,1000 mods, Planet of Zeus, Nightstalker, VIC, Hidden in the Basement always receive the most positive reviews about their live performances! The VoCults – ΧρήμαThe VoCults – ΣκάψεΟι The VoCults είναι hip hop crew που δημιουργήθηκε το 2015 από δύο αδέρφια.
Γεννημένοι και μεγαλωμένοι στο Βόλο, πειραματίστηκαν με τη μουσική από μικρή
ηλικία και δεν άργησαν να κάνουν μαζί τα πρώτα τους βήματα στην εγχώρια
underground σκηνή. Συνδυάζουν άρτια τα στοιχεία του DJing και MCing, με τον DJ
Mestre να βρίσκεται πίσω από τη μουσική παραγωγή του σχήματος, ενώ έχει
καθιερωθεί ως ένας από τους καλύτερους scratch DJs της χώρας, και τον Skematik
να αναλαμβάνει το στιχουργικό κομμάτι με το rap στυλ του να αποτελείται από
καθηλωτικά flows και πυκνές πολυσύλλαβες ομοιοκαταληξίες. Στην πορεία τους ως
σήμερα έχουν κυκλοφορήσει τέσσερα LPs, ένα EP, όπως και πολλά singles, σε
συνεργασία με αναγνωρισμένα ονόματα της ελληνικής hip hop σκηνής.
Επηρεασμένοι από τη χρυσή εποχή του παγκόσμιου hip hop, κρατάνε τον ήχο τους
βασισμένο στις ρίζες και εξελίσσουν συνεχώς τη φόρμα τους, δίνοντάς του πάντα
φρέσκια αισθητική. Η μουσική τους χαρακτηρίζεται από ανεβαστικά και γκρουβάτα
beats, καθώς και περίτεχνο delivery και από τα δύο μέλη του group, που τους
καθιστά ιδανικούς για κάθε κοινό. Με δουλεμένη σκηνική παρουσία έχουν
πραγματοποιήσει πλήθος εμφανίσεων ανά την Ελλάδα και έχουν μοιραστεί το stage
με θρύλους της εγχώριας αλλά και της παγκόσμιας σκηνής.
The VoCults is a hip hop crew, created in 2015 by two brothers. Born and raised
in Volos, Greece, they experimented with music already from a young age and
didn’t take long until they made together their first steps in the local underground

takes on the group’s music production and is also established as one of the best
scratch DJs in the country, and Skematik handles the lyrical part with his rap
style consisted of unique flows and dense multisyllable rhyme schemes. Until now
in their career they have released four LPs, one EP and also many singles, in
collaboration with well known artists of the Greek hip hop scene. Influenced by
the golden era of hip hop, they keep their sound based on the source and
constantly develop their musical style keeping a fresh artistic quality. Their music
is described by uplifting and groovy beats, matched with a skillful delivery by both
members of the group, making them ideal for any type of audience. They have
performed at a high level all over Greece sharing the stage with legends of both the
local and the worldwide music scene.

Μέσα από τα τραγούδια μας του διδάσκουμε πράγματα για εμάς, το βοηθάμε να μεγαλώσει και να γεμίσει το κενό του.
Κάθε άλμπουμ μας αντιπροσωπεύει ένα κεφάλαιο στην ανάπτυξη του Void Droid και κάθε τραγούδι χρησιμεύει ως μάθημα για μια συγκεκριμένη πτυχή της ανθρώπινης εμπειρίας.
Οι Void Droid δημιουργήθηκαν το 2012. Το Void Droid Demo τους(2013), κέρδισε μια θέση στη συλλογη “Sons of Sabbath Vol II”, του Αγγλικού Metal Hammer και έλαβε εξαιρετικές κριτικές από τον τοπικό τύπο. Μετά την κυκλοφορία του, οι metal επιρροές τους έγιναν πιο εμφανείς και οδήγησαν στο πρώτο τους LP, Terrestrial (2016), το οποίο ήταν ένα τέλειο παράδειγμα μίξης groove, heavy rock και southern metal. Για ακόμη μια μια φορά,
εγκωμιάστηκαν από τον τοπικό τύπο και βρήκαν το κοινό τους να αυξάνεται πολύ γρήγορα, οδηγώντας τους στην τρίτη και πιο πρόσφατη κυκλοφορία τους, το Bipolar (2020).
Για άλλη μια φορά, αυτό το άλμπουμ προκάλεσε μεγάλη αίσθηση στα τοπικά zines, κερδίζοντας το σεβασμό της Ελληνικής σκηνής. Το live της παρουσίασης του Bipolar στο Fuzz Club και το Live τους για τα 10 χρόνια της ύπαρξης της μπάντας στο Gagarin ήταν γεμάτα κόσμο, δείχνοντας την πραγματική δυνατότητα του συγκροτήματος να μπορεί να κάνει headline shows, σε μεγάλους χώρους. Η μουσική τους βασίζεται σε πιασάρικα riff, αξέχαστες μελωδίες και φωνητικές γραμμές, συνδυάζοντας τη βαριά πλευρά της μουσικής με κάποια πιο folk/alternative στοιχεία, δημιουργώντας έναν μοναδικό ήχο. Το συγκρότημα έχει μοιραστεί τη σκηνή με πολλά μεγάλα ονόματα, όπως οι: Monster Magnet, Orange Goblin, Unida, Sasquatch, Nightstalker, Planet of Zeus και Villagers of Ioannina City μεταξύ άλλων. Έχουν παίξει επίσης σε μερικά από τα μεγαλύτερα φεστιβάλ στην Ελλάδα, όπως: Street Mode, Los Almiros, New Long, Ziria κ.λ.π..
Void Droid is a little android child trying to understand the human world, in the hopes of becoming one himself.
Through our songs we teach him things about us, we help him grow and fill his void.
Each of our album represents a chapter in Void Droid’s growth, and each song serves as a lesson and an insight into a certain aspect of the human experience.
Void Droid was created in 2012. Their Void Droid Demo (2013), earned them a position in “Sons of Sabbath Vol II” compilation CD, by the UK Metal Hammer and received great reviews from the local press. Following its release, their metal influences, became more prominent, and led to their first LP, Terrestrial (2016), which was an example of a perfect mixture of groove, heavy rock and southern metal. It was once again praised by the local press and they found their audience growing very fast, leading them to their third and latest release, Bipolar (2020). Once more, this album was featured in the biggest local zines, gaining them much respect among the Greek scene. Their “Bipolar” album presentation in Fuzz Club and their 10 Year Anniversary Show in Gagarin were packed, showing the band’s true potential to lead their own shows, in large venues. Their music is based on catchy riffs, memorable melodies and vocal lines, combining the heavy side of music with some folkier/alternative elements, creating a unique sound. The band has shared the stage with a lot of big names, such as the: Monster Magnet, Orange Goblin, Unida, Sasquatch, Nightstalker, Planet of Zeus and Villagers of Ioannina City to name a few. Αυτό ήταν η πηγή έμπνευσης για το όνομά μας, βλέποντας τη μουσική μας ως ένα “στοιχείο” που δεν έχει ανακαλυφθεί ακόμη.
Η μουσική μας κινείται στο φάσμα του Alternative Rock με στοιχεία Metal, εμπνευσμένη από ένα μεγάλο εύρος καλλιτεχνών και ειδών μουσικής. Οι στίχοι μας εκφράζουν από καθημερινές σκέψεις και ενδότερους προβληματισμούς έως και κάποιες κοινωνικές ανησυχίες που δημιουργούνται ζώντας σε μία σύγχρονη κοινωνία.
Μέχρι στιγμής, έχουμε κυκλοφορήσει πέντε πρωτότυπα singles σε δική μας παραγωγή, και αυτήν την περίοδο βρισκόμαστε στο στούντιο ηχογραφώντας το πρώτο μας EP που αναμένεται να κυκλοφορήσει στα μέσα του 2024.
We are Element Zero, a 5-piece Alternative Rock band from Athens, Greece. “Element Zero” is a hypothetical substance of atomic number zero. This inspired our name, as we view our music as an element yet to be discovered.
Our music is a diverse blend of Alternative Rock with Metal sounds, drawing inspiration from a wide variety of artists and genres.Our lyrics express feelings and thoughts of the inner demons that every person struggles with in everyday life, plus some socio-political concerns raised by living in a modern society.
So far, we have released five self-produced original singles, and we are currently in the studio recording our first EP which is scheduled for release in mid-2024.

Η πρώτη κυκλοφορία της μπάντας ήταν το ομώνυμο EP με 3 κομμάτια (ψηφιακά, 2020), το οποίο περιλάμβανε το single-hit “Young Sad Lovers”, το οποίο κυκλοφόρησε επίσης σε περιορισμένη έκδοση διπλού single 7” βινυλίου από τη Make Me Happy Records (Αθήνα, Ελλάδα) τον Φεβρουάριο του 2021. Λίγους μήνες αργότερα, το “Young Sad Lovers” έπαιξε στον αέρα και από τον Steve Lamacq στην εκπομπή του στοBBC Radio 6.
Στη συνέχεια, οι Youth Valley ξεκίνησαν τις ζωντανές τους εμφανίσεις κερδίζοντας κατα κοινή ομολογία ανταποκρίσεων τις εντυπώσεις, στο δημοφιλές “Athens Release Festival” το 2022, ως opening act για τους βετεράνους gothic rockers ‘Bauhaus’. Έκτοτε, παρουσίασαν συναυλίες και έπαιξαν σε ένα ακόμα πολύ δημοφιλές φεστιβάλ στην Αθήνα το περασμένο καλοκαίρι – Death Disco Open Air Festival 2023 στη Τεχνόπολις, Αθήνα, όπου μοιράστηκαν τη σκηνή με μπάντες όπως οι ‘Lebanon Hanover’, ‘VNV Nation’ και Sad Lovers And Giants.
Youth Valley is a band formed in 2019, in Athens, by three friends with a great passion for creating music. Today, expanded by two in number, they constitute a five-member musical family. Their music combines post punk with dreamy pop and shoegaze. This year, (2023) Youth Valley presented their debut album “Lullabies For Adults”, released by Make Me Happy Records (Greece/ Europe) in collaboration with Shelflife Records (CA/ USA).
The band’s first release was their self-titled, 3 track EP (digital, 2020) and included the single-hit and music video “Young Sad Lovers”, which was also released in a limited double single 7” Vinyl by Make Me Happy Records (Athens,GR) in February of 2021. A few months later ‘Young Sad Lovers’ was also aired by Steve Lamacq on his show at bbc radio 6.
Thereafter, Youth Valley began their live performances with a very well received show at the super popular “Athens Release Festival” in 2022, as an opening act for the veteran gothic rockers ‘Bauhaus’. They have been delivering live shows ever since and played one more very popular festival in Athens last summer as well – Death Disco Open Air Festival 2023 in Technopolis, Athens, where they shared the stage with bands like ‘Lebanon Hanover’, ‘VNV Nation’ and Sad Lovers And Giants.

Το group απαρτίζεται από τους Λευτέρη Σαατσάκη στην κιθάρα και τα φωνητικά, Γιώργο Κονόμη στο μπάσο και Κωνσταντίνο Καλούδη στα τύμπανα.
Μετά την κυκλοφορία 3 demo κομματιών το 2020, οι Misty Route κυκλοφόρησαν στις 26/12/2021 το πρώτο full-length άλμπουμ τους με τίτλο “Without A Trace”. Η μίξη του άλμπουμ έγινε από τον Αντώνη Κοντόζογλου στο 9800 Studios, στο Αιγάλεω, ο οποίος ανέλαβε μαζί με τους Misty Route και την τελική παραγωγή. Το mastering επιμελήθηκε ο Göran Finnberg στο ΑΒ mastering room στη Σουηδία, ο οποίος έχει συνεργαστεί στο παρελθόν με ονόματα-μεγαθήρια του σκληρού ήχου όπως Opeth, In Flames, Meshuggah, Arch Enemy, Soilwork, Hammerfall και Dark Tranquility. Στο διάστημα από την κυκλοφορία του μέχρι σήμερα, το “Without A Trace” έχει καταφέρει να αποσπάσει ιδιαίτερα θετικές κριτικές στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, ενώ οι Misty Route συνεχίζουν να προσθέτουν ολοένα και πιο δυνατά live στο ενεργητικό τους, όπως την εμφάνισή τους στο Κύτταρο για το επετειακό live των Μέμφις και την παρουσία τους στο Over The Wall Festival της Κρήτης. Η μπάντα ανακοίνωσε πρόσφατα τη συμμετοχή της σε metal φεστιβάλ της Γαλλίας τον Νοέμβριο του 2024, ενώ παράλληλα βρίσκεται ήδη σε στάδιο επεξεργασίας νέου υλικού για την προετοιμασία του 2ου άλμπουμ της.
Misty Route is an alternative metal band that was formed in 2019, in Athens, Greece.
Their music is inspired by a mixture of different musical genres and is characterized mainly by its ambient character and escalating groove. Touches of psychedelic rock are harmonically brought together with metal outbursts.
Following a first release of 3 demo songs in 2020, Misty Route officially launched on 26/12/2021 their debut full-length album entitled “Without A Trace”. The album was mixed by Antonis Kontozoglou at 9800 Studios in Athens, Greece and mastered by Göran Finnberg (Opeth, In Flames, Meshuggah, Arch Enemy, Soilwork, Hammerfall, Dark Tranquility and more) at the mastering room AB in Sweden. Since its release, “Without A Trace” has received a large number of very positive reviews both nationally and internationally, while Misty Route continue to add bigger and bigger live shows to their portfolio, such as their appearance at Kyttaro live stage for the anniversary show of Memfis or their presence at the Over The Wall Festival in Crete. The band recently announced its participation in a metal festival in France in November 2024, while in parallel it is already working on new music material in preparation of its 2nd full-length album. The band’s members are Lefteris Saatsakis on the guitar & vocals, George Armando Konomi on the bass and Konstantinos Kaloudis on the drums.

Οι Sebia είναι ένα HardRock / Metal συγκρότημα από την Αθήνα. Το συγκρότημα ιδρύθηκε τον Απρίλιο του 2020 από τους Νίκο Γαβαλά, Κωνσταντίνο Κυρίτση και Λεωνίδα Περιφάνη. Με αρκετά live στο ενεργητικό τους, διαθέτοντας στην φαρέτρα τους το ντεμπούτο δίσκο τους με τίτλο Acceptance of Reality που κυκλοφόρησε στις 9 Ιουνίου του 2023. Οι επιρροές ποικίλουν μιας και η πενταμελής μπάντα έχει τελείως διαφορετικά ακούσματα αλλά δείχνει με τον τρόπο της να παντρεύει στυλ και να προσπαθεί να δημιουργήσει μέσω της μίξης των ειδών. Μέσω του ονόματος του group, έχουν δημιουργήσει μία ολόκληρη μυθολογία που στοιχεία της ιστορίας βρίσκονται μέσα στα κομμάτια τους. Τα μέλη της μπάντας: Νίκος Γαβαλάς – Bass (BackingVocals), Παύλος Κουναλάκης – Drums, Λεωνίδας Περιφάνης – Vocals, Κωνσταντίνος Κυρίτσης – LeadGuitar, Στέφανος Σφαέλλος – RhythmGuitar.
Ο πρώτος μας δίσκος αποτελείται από 8 κομμάτια τα οποία κινούνται μουσικά και στιχουργικά σε κοινωνικό-φιλοσοφικό ύφος. Μουσικά το Acceptance of reality, έχει επιρροές από hardrock, heavymetal και progressive στοιχεία εμπλουτισμένα με μελωδικές φωνητικές γραμμές και riffs. Θεματικά ο δίσκος, έχει ως κύριο αντικείμενο του, την αναζήτηση των ανθρώπινων προβληματισμών για την κοινωνία και τα ερωτήματα που πηγάζουν μέσα από την διαδρομή μας στην ζωή. Τραγούδια όπως το Lockdown, Voices, Shipwreck, Beyond this world περιγράφουν τον εγκλεισμό του νου, σε σχέση με τα κοινωνικά στερεότυπα και την δυσκολία των ανθρώπων ως προς την έκφραση των συναισθημάτων τους, με τη Sebia να εμφανίζεται πάντα σαν την μορφή της ανθρώπινης συνείδησης και της λογικής φωνής στο μυαλό μας. Ακούγοντας τον δίσκο και ταξιδεύοντας στην ανθρώπινη ατελή φύση μας, καταλήγουμε στο ομότιτλο κομμάτι, Acceptance of reality, δίνοντας ένα ηχηρό μήνυμα αισιοδοξίας και της συνειδητοποίησης πως, μπορούμε να αλλάξουμε την πορεία των πραγμάτων μέσα από τις δυσκολίες της ζωής, μόνο αν οι ίδιοι το επιλέξουμε.

Argalios-MilitsaArgalios-AmygdalakiArgalios-ChimonasΟι Argalios είναι ένα μουσικό σχήμα που εμπνέεται από τις παραδοσιακές μουσικές του κόσμου, με έμφαση στην ελληνική δημοτική, για να δημιουργήσουν έναν ήχο σύγχρονο με ξεχωριστό ύφος και έμφαση στον αυτοσχεδιασμό. Θα μπορούσαν να συμμετέχουν στον ίδιο χορό ο Rachmaninoff, ο Bill Evans και οι Χαλκιάδες;
Αν και τρίο, οι Αλέξανδρος Ιωσηφίδης (πιάνο/ενορχήστρωση), Όλγα Αλεξίου (νταούλι, φωνή, κρουστά) και Ζωή Μάντζου (φωνή, κρουστά) χτίζουν έναν ήχο πυκνό όσο και ευέλικτο, με επιρροές από τζαζ, κλασσική και ψυχεδέλεια, όλες υφασμένες στο αρχαίο groove της δημοτικής μουσικής. Τα αέρινα φωνητικά συνδυάζονται με τον γήινο ήχο του νταουλιού και το παιχνίδισμα των διάφορων κρουστών (νταρμπούκα, ντέφι, κρόταλα κ.α.), ενώ το πιάνο χτίζει ιδιαίτερες αρμονίες σε ένα ταξίδι έκφρασης με στόχο το ανθρώπινο συναίσθημα: από έναν εύθυμο καρσιλαμά σε ένα ηπειρώτικο μοιρολόϊ, από ένα ποντιακό διπάτ σε ένα περσικό τραγούδι αγάπης, κάθε συναυλία των Argalios καλύπτει ένα φάσμα από το γέλιο στο κλάμα, όπως μόνο ένα αυθεντικό πανηγύρι μπορεί να καλύψει.
Η συνεργασία με σολίστ διαφόρων επιρροών (τζαζ κοντραμπάσο, κλασσικό βιολοντσέλο, κρητική λύρα, λαϊκό κλαρίνο) ενσωματώνει στον εύπλαστο ήχο των Argalios τις μουσικές διαδρομές των σολίστ σε ένα τολμηρό ταξίδι αυτοσχεδιασμού.
Το 2022 διακρίθηκαν στον διαγωνισμό “Γέφυρες – Ανοιχτές Πλατφόρμες” του Μεγάρου Μουσικής Αθηνών με σκοπό την ανάδειξη νέων μουσικών σχημάτων από όλη την Ελλάδα, και το καλοκαίρι του 2023 έδωσαν συναυλία στον Κήπο του Μεγάρου. Επίσης, το 2023 συμμετείχαν στο World Music Showcase του “A to Jazz Festival”, στη Σόφια, όπου επιλέχθηκαν ανάμεσα από πολυάριθμες συμμετοχές απ’ όλη την Ευρώπη. Μέχρι σήμερα, έχουν κυκλοφορήσει τρία EP και ένα single. Το νέο τους EP «INVITE Live Studio Session» κυκλοφόρησε τον χειμώνα του 2023 και πρόκειται για μια ζωντανή στουντιακή ηχογράφηση σε συνεργασία με διάφορους προσκεκλημένους σολίστ.
Argalios is a musical ensemble that draws inspiration from traditional music around the world, and especially Greek folk music, to create a contemporary sound with a distinctive style and emphasis on improvisation. Could Rachmaninoff, Bill Evans, and the Chalkiades participate in the same dance?
Although a trio, Alex Iossifidis (piano/arrangment), Olga Alexiou (davul, vocals), and Zoe Mantzou (voice, percussion) build a sound that is both dense and flexible, with influences from jazz, classical, and psychedelia, all woven into the ancient groove of folk music. Ethereal vocals intertwine with the earthy tones of the davul and the playfulness of various percussion instruments (darbuka, defi, cymbals, etc.), while the piano constructs unique harmonies in a journey of expression seeking to evoke human emotion: from a cheerful Karsilamas to a lament from Ipeirus, from a Pontiac Dipat to a Persian love song, every Argalios concert offers an emotional spectrum from laughter to tears, just like only an authentic celebration can do. Their collaboration with soloists from diverse backgrounds and instruments, including Cretan lyra, folk clarinet, classical cello, and jazz double bass, integrates the individual musical experiences of these performers into the versatile sound of Argalios, resulting in a bold exploration of improvisation.
In 2022, they were distinguished in the “Bridges – Open Platforms” competition, organized by the Athens Concert Hall in collaboration with EDEM, with the aim of highlighting new music groups from all over Greece. During the summer of 2023, they performed a concert at the Megaron Garden. Additionally, in 2023, they participated in the World Music Showcase of the “A to Jazz Festival” in Sofia, where they were selected among numerous entries from all over Europe.
So far, they have released three EPs (“Antilalies” – 2020, “Stigmes (live)” – 2021, “Live at Megaron” – 2023) and a single (“Fiata Nika” – 2022). Their new EP “INVITE Live Studio Session” (2023) is a collaboration of Argalios featuring various guest artists.

Οι Jane Doe δημιουργήθηκαν το 2007 και κυκλοφόρησαν το πρώτο τους album το 2008 (Heaven for Dogs). Χρειάζονται πέντε χρόνια για να δει το φως η δεύτερη δουλειά του (The Enormous head of king Splendid), ένα πάντρεμα λογοτεχνίας και μισής ντουζίνας μουσικών ειδών, όμως τον αμέσως επόμενο χρόνο (2014) θα κυκλοφορήσουν ταυτόχρονα δύο δίσκους (Revolution Diaries και Recipes for Refugees). Κάνουν live σε όποιο μέρος της Ελλάδας μπορούν και το 2016 διασκευάζουν τους εαυτούς τους στα τρία από τα τέσσερα κομμάτια του EP “B612 Revisited”. Το τελευταίο κομμάτι του EP, είναι ο προπομπός του επόμενου δίσκου τους. Που μέσα από φθορές, συμφορές και πανδημίες θα ολοκληρωθεί το 2021. Και ο τίτλος αυτού: Random Acts of Kindness.
Jane Doe are a Greek rock band formed in 2007. Released their debut album, Heaven for Dogs, in 2008. In their second album, The Enormous Head of King Splendid, incorporated half a dozen music genres and literature and one year later they present Revolution Diaries and Recipes for Refugees, two totally different albums. They touring Greece every year and in 2016 they covering themselves in the three of the four tracks of B612 Revisited EP. The last one is the forerunner of their next album. An album that will need five years and one pandemic to be completed. And its title: Random Acts od Kindness.

Spill The Tea – Grooving
Ήταν Σεπτέμβρης του 2020 όταν οι ”Spill the tea” πρωτοσυναντήθηκαν -εν αγνοία τους- σε ένα απλό jam session. Κόντρα στους δύσκολους καιρούς και μήνες που ακολούθησαν, εκείνοι κατάφεραν όχι απλώς να μην υποκύψουν στις δυσκολίες, αλλά με ασπίδα την αγάπη τους για τη μουσική να σταθούν, δημιουργώντας το δικό τους προσωπικό μουσικό υλικό. Το πρώτο τους single (Μάιος 2021) με το οποίο και επέλεξαν να συστηθούν στο κοινό, είναι το ”Grooving”, το οποίο αγαπήθηκε από την πρώτη κιόλας μέρα και κατάφερε τον πρώτο του στόχο: να κάνει τον κόσμο να ”γκρουβάρει” στο άκουσμά του! Δυναμική, αισιόδοξη διάθεση, αυθορμητισμός και θετικά γκρουβάτα vibes λοιπόν είναι η γεύση που μας αφήνει το πρώτο τους κομμάτι, ενώ υπόσχονται πολύ περισσότερα στα επόμενά τους κομμάτια, τα οποία και θα κυκλοφορήσουν πολύ σύντομα!
Όσον αφορά το ύφος και το είδος της μουσικής του συγκροτήματος, εκείνοι επιμένουν να δηλώνουν πως «αγαπούν την καλή μουσική απ’ όπου κι αν προέρχεται» και φυσικά ανυπομονούν να μοιραστούν τις αυθόρμητες μουσικές διαθέσεις τους! Τα μέλη που συνθέτουν τους ”Spill the tea” είναι: η Έβελυν Τσάβαλου στα φωνητικά με τις μελωδικές ερμηνείες της, ο Παντελής Κρόντσης στα πλήκτρα με τις εκρηκτικές ιδέες του, ο Αλέξανδρος Ροδίτης στην κιθάρα με τα φλέγοντα σόλο του, ο Δημήτρης Φούντας στο μπάσο με τα γκρουβάτα ριφ του και ο Γιώργος Νικολαϊδης (aka Zilla) στα τύμπανα με τα καθηλωτικά ρυθμικά του.

It was September of 2020 when ”Spill the tea” first met each other – without knowing- on a jam session. Although there were difficult times, they didn’t give up, but stayed together creating and writing music. On May 2021, they introduced themselves with their first single ”Grooving”, which was loved by many people, giving them positive and dynamic vibes! After that, their next goal is to release new singles soon!
As far as their music genre is concerned, the band keeps saying that: ”We love making and listening good music, wherever this music may come from” and they can’ t wait to share their music stuff with people! ”Spill the tea” band members are: Evelyn Tsavalou (vocals), Pantelis Krontsis (keys), Alexandros Roditis (guitar), Dimitris Fountas (bass) and George Nikolaidis aka Zilla (drums).
