For all its faults, we don’t see #insurance adjusters sued as often in Missouri as in other states. That said, a Missouri appellate court recently reversed a summary judgment entered in favor of an adjuster on a negligence theory. I think the decision turns largely on summary judgment procedural grounds, but it’s still something to keep in mind.    The appellate court’s opinion can be found here (https://www.courts.mo.gov/file.jsp?id=149514).
