Welcome to episode 76, where I introduce to Abundant Alignment Mentor Petia Kolibova. Her mission is to help heal women from their past wounds so they can live the lives they truly desire. We talk about understanding that getting into alignment you had to be in dis-alignment first. Being in alignment is being in the flow, knowing who you are and your purpose. Being in the embodiment of what feels good to you. Petia shares that in her dark times the mantra that got her through ‘you’re perfectly made for your purpose’. She explains that energy disruption is when you say when say you are one thing but act the opposite, this is what keeps you in dis-alignment. Taking stock of whether the people in your life align to your values. Petia dives explains that when dealing with limiting beliefs, asking if they are truly yours, or beliefs you have because of people in your life growing up. Judgement lowers your own vibration, so get into a place of observation to get in alignment. Always check in and see if it feels right with you.

It is a potent time for women to rise and break the. beliefs that tell them they "can't". Through this liberation she assist women to restore their sacredness. Keira is a power mum with her 9 year old daughter publishing her first deck of affirmations cards and her 16 year old son opening up his own music studio. It’s not just about wanting something, it’s about feeling into what that will give you. She shares her weightless journey. Her clear message about how time will pass anyway, so you may as well get started . Youhave to remove yourself out of the equation, the vision has to be bigger than you. Weightless isn’t about removing anything, it’s about adding more nutrition. I loved what she would tell her young pregnant homeless self, and what she taught her. No matter how dark things get, don’t wait for the light, you are the light. Light it up!
