I started creating Harmontown clips for myself and since I was already making the audio files, I decided to put them up on a webpage for other Harmontown fans. I expanded the webpage, and created the feed as an extension of that but I no longer have the time or interest to continue this effort. I'll leave everything where it is for now but at some point in the future the page and the clips will no longer be available. If there is anybody out there who wants to take up the torch, let me know. I'm glad I was able to do something that others found useful. Thanks for reading and listening. 2015.03.29 - 17:59 - The Shadowrunners formulate a plan to lure a possible informant out of a fast food restaurant. Mercy focuses really hard on her objective. (Audience member Julia plays Mercy O'Donnell.)
2015.03.22 - 20:38 - After their latest "successful" mission, the Shadowrunners hang out at a bar. (Audience member Celia plays Mercy O'Donnell.)
2015.03.15 - 14:41 - The crew finally encounters Baldwin Brown and attempts to capture him. (Special guest Chris McKenna plays Doctor Friend. This episode was recorded live at SXSW with a lot of ambient crowd noise from a nearby bar.)
2015.03.08- 23:44 - The group arrives at Baldwin Brown's location, a building in a run-down neighborhood. People forget to turn off speakerphone. Eve fails to destroy a penetrable barrier. The building "guardian"? mistakes Jim Nightblade and Co. for her ne'er do well son and his friends. (Back by popular demand, special Guest Curtis Armstrong again plays Kumail's character, Doctor Friend. Audience member Jenn fills in for an ailing Erin McGathy.)
2015.03.01- 25:18 - The Shadowrunners try to make the best of the meetup, turning over the truckload of BTL chips to cover up for their current failure to accomplish their main objective. (Special Guest Curtis Armstrong plays Kumail's character, Doctor Friend.)
2015.02.22- 32:16 - The group finds some secret doors but no Baldwin Brown. Mercy and Jim interrogate junkies. Dan and Jeff close the show with yet another song featuring MC John. (Audience member/actor Meg Ryan--no, not THAT Meg Ryan--doesn't have a Norweigan accent in her repertoire so she fills in for DeMorge with a German accent. Kumail is still absent.)
2015.02.15 - Dan punishes Jeff for thinking he (Jeff) can't get enough of MC John. Featuring a not-so-spooky bridge by Vincent Price.
2015.02.15 - 1:30 - MC John returns for his eponymic solo track (Also included at the end of "Starwalkers").
2015.02.15 - 10:14 - Dan begins an epic tale of elder beings. Featuring "My Name is John" by MC John.
2015.02.08- 29:19 - After Dan introduces the segment, the team prepares to attack when Doctor Friend ruins the stealth approach with three tear gas grenades. Eve "summons" a spirit of "noxious gas." (Kumail is absent again so guest Greg Proops plays Hypocrates/Doctor Friend in addition to his out of phase return cameo as Tylenol with Codeine.)
2015.02.01 - 14:16 - Dan analyzes the highlights and lowlights of this year's Super Bowl and then rants about capitalism for 10 minutes.
2015.02.01 - 48:34 - The Shadowrunners receive instructions for their new job--to capture a software engineer and as many BTL (Better Than Life) chips as they can--and begin to infiltrate the targeted warehouse. (Kumail is absent.)
2015.01.25 - 2:21 - Dan raps about the Shadowrun world, featuring vocals by David Cross.
2015.01.25 - 33:32 - Everybody introduces their characters. (Jeff is gone again so guest David Cross fills the extra time by making a bunch of stuff up.)
2015.01.11 - 28:44 - Spencer introduces everyone to the Shadowrun world. Jeff, Erin, Dan and DeMorge Brown create characters.
2014.11.23 - 23:56 - The rhino skins and cloaks of resistance are no match for the frigid temparatures so the adventurer seek better protection from the elements.
