Accepting a Travel Contract Without An Interview:
Travel Therapists: would you/should you accept a travel contract without doing an interview?
In our opinion, the phone interview with the facility is one of the most important steps to ensure a travel therapy contract is a good fit before accepting…
We recently learned that some companies/facilities may be trying to move away from doing formal interviews…
Alternatively- they’d have the traveler submit answers to some questions & screen based on that - then make an offer. This is apparently common practice with travel nursing & other specialties not to do an interview.
There are a lot of factors to consider here… Join us on this episode to learn more!
Negotiating Travel Therapy Contract Extensions: In this episode, we discuss extending a travel therapy contract.
-Why you might want to extend
-Why the facility might ask you to extend
-Logistics of negotiating an extension
-Pay increases with contract extensions
-Others terms you may include in your extension, etc!
