Anna Roberts is looking at the post summer craze of Juice Detox's and speaking with Rashi Chowdhary a Nutritionist who completed an intensive 5-year degree course in human nutrition at S.N.D.T Women’s University, Mumbai, India. Her Nutrition advice and program encourage sensible whole food balanced diet plans. No fad diets, starvation or other scary short cuts. Rashi is a believer of old-school dietary discipline.

Verse Collective is one of the first co-working space, hostel and hotel and social enterprise in Sri Lanka. It’s the brain child of ex UAE residents and husband and wife team Jeremy Klynsmith and Peni Wick, who wake to the gentle sound of waves lapping the shoreline in front of their hotel every morning. The South African couple, who opened the doors of their hotel and co-work space, Verse Collective, in early December 2017 have a shared dream — using business and creativity as a vehicle to help others — is the culmination of years of soul searching to discover what it means for them to live a successful life. Jeremy takes Anna through how they packed up everything in the UAE and bought their dream to life in the south of Sri Lanka.
