Our mission is to promote health and happiness through our love of horses.

On today’s episode we are going to try our best to cover what can be a controversial subject- mental health and body image. So we’d like to add the disclaimer that we are not mental health professionals.

If you or someone you know is suffering from serious problems we strongly encourage you to enlist professional help.

All US Equestrian members have access to free 24/7 counseling services through the Mental Health First Aid Hotline at 1-800-633-3353 and there are plenty more national services such as The NAMI HelpLine, which is a free, nationwide peer-support service providing information, resource referrals and support to people living with mental health conditions, their family members, caregivers, mental health providers, and the public. 1-800-950-NAMI (6264)

Welcome to The Whole Equestrian! We are so excited to release our first podcast today. This has been our brainchild for a while now and with the coming of a new year, we decided to take action and make it happen. Then, we will get into our one-word themes for the year and breakdown some of our 19 for 2019 goals. As we discuss in the podcast we are committing to 12 episodes (1/month) even if it is a total flop.
