Taylor covered Vol 1 in episode #47. They talk about the "Adult Swim" of comics and how much they love Skottie's art. Taylor picks a Marvel book for this episode. In preparing for Infinity War, Taylor read New Avengers Vol 1, Everything Dies by one of his favorite writers, Jonathan Hickman. They discuss the world-ending stakes of the Big Two's comics and how hard it is to keep up.
On this week's Coffee & Comics, Todd and Taylor could not have picked more different books. Taylor tours through the gothic, occult, noir mystery, Black Monday Murders. Todd reads The Zen of Steve Jobs which tells the story of Steve Jobs relationship with Kobun Chino and Zen Buddhism.
Another evening edition (and another video edition) of the Todd & Taylor Show's Coffee and Comics. Neither host is drinking coffee but we do give a report. Todd talks about his frustration and then extreme joy in reading Rocket Girl Vol 2. Taylor introduces us to They're Not Like Us Vol. 1.
