About Corrado/DJ DadShoez: For 20 years Corrado has dedicated himself to the art of DJing. What began as an obsession with Balearic trance sparked a lifelong devotion to the study of harmonic mixing, musical arrangements, and just about every piece of DJ instrument imaginable.

One of seven kids in a family that lived in the UK, Italy, and NY, Corrado was raised on a heavy dose of 80’s-2000’s music spanning a wide range from English New Wave to Alt Rock. Also a film school graduate, Corrado shares his obsession with visual medium of cinema and the art of storytelling in general. His style of DJing is a blend of all these things, a marriage of driving house beats layered with familiar old school hooks, classic acapellas, and unexpected sound bites from his favorite movies, shows, and internet memes.

Though his crates are meticulously prepared, his performances are a wildly improvised juggle between four decks with constant change ups and surprise favorites that appear as if by magic! It’s a fun and unpredictable experience that’s always right on time. No genre blend is beyond his reach and his unexpected drops will turn even the most cynical club goer into a believer.
