It’s never too late to grow your faith in God. You can be walking through divorce, death of a loved one, financial collapse or any trial one might face in this life. God will meet you as you take the first step towards Him in faith.
Casting Crowns published a song titled Life Songs. How can our one life become a song that stirs the hearts of others? First we may need to be stirred by His songs and promises that ignite our hearts to praise.
Repentance is freedom and a sweet privilege. Luke 7:47 says, “ one who is forgiven little,loves little but one who is forgiven much, loves much. Repentance is necessary, because we are prone to wander and God desires that we will become more like Jesus, so that we can accomplish our purpose in this world.

God has given us many great and precious promises in His Word. When going through a severe trial, He knows what’s best for us. Grab paper and pen and write down these references.

In Proverbs we read that God’s Word is like medicine and healing to our flesh. Meditate on these scriptures and faith will rise in your heart.Like medication, take these words and meditate on them 3 x a day. Increase your faith to believe.
Wondering what 2023 might bring and possibly feeling weary after the trials of 2022? It has been my experience that a time of reflection is helpful as we enter into a new year. I hope these words will encourage you to welcome all God might have in store for you in 2023.
