This Podcast has been created to share the beautiful journey of the discovery of our True Self. Discovering the Power of our Unshakable Presence Within. Most of us have not been taught or yet recognized that we have a powerful Presence within us that is free of suffering. How many of us like to suffer? How many of us would like to know deep everlasting peace that can not be shaken by the circumstances that arise in our lives? This is not only possible but this freedom within has always been available to us. We simply have not been taught to recognize it. It has been hidden by the incessant chatter of the thoughts of the mind. Upon learning how to calm the mind and shift our focus to the deep center within, we reveal that which is the truth of our being, Our True Essence, Our own Soul. This is where Peace, Compassion, Joy, Happiness, True Wisdom and Understanding are found. WE ARE THESE at the core of our being. Join me in this beautiful journey of moving from the surface of our personalities (suffering and inconsistent pleasures) to the True Essence of our Real Self. This is a wonderous discovery that reveals all that we have ever wanted but were looking for in the outer world. True happiness can not be found in the world. It must be recognized Within.
