Our society has dropped the ball on Human Kindness. Why? We have replaced technology and obtaining whatever we desire instantly delivered to our doorstep, without thought or consequence to our environment or ourselves. Our show will bring you the possibility to be evoked, educated and empowered to make changes in your own life. Won't you join me on my journey to pick up the ball of human kindness and to spread the notion that when we put our fears aside, no one will ever be treated without common courtesy? When fearful, we turn into something terrible, all because of the fear we feel. Let's truly become the melting pot that we were meant to be! Come and listen to national and international guests, who will give us an ear full of their experiences with kindness, and how they are making a dent in helping overcome all social issues.

There is a clear movement happening and this study is an important stepping stone to discuss the future of anti-bullying efforts.

A new study just came out that says anyone who still thinks bullying is simply a childhood rite of passage should take note: In one of the first long-term studies tracking the effects of bullying, Duke University researchers have found that bullied children grow into adults who are at increased risk of anxiety disorders, depression and suicidal thoughts. In addition, bullies who had not been victimized themselves were four times more likely to have antisocial personality disorder.

We’ve all been wronged by someone close to us. Perhaps you were hurt by: • A sweetheart or spouse. Were there fights? Harsh words? Cheating? Estrangements no Valentine’s Day could fix? • Co-workers or bosses whose actions damaged your career or income. • An abusive, neglectful or even absent parent. • Former friends who betrayed your confidence or turned away when you needed them most. No matter what the offense or its severity, you owe it to yourself and all your relationships to forgive the people in your personal and professional life. That’s the message of sought-after speaker and author Joseph Padgal, whose own experiences taught him the power of forgiveness.

Today’s show is totally different than anything you will have ever listened to you. No guests for this week but a live show instead, where callers are invited to share the enormous pain that Words have caused.

It takes a lifetime to forget them… “We as a society have dropped the ball on Human Kindness”, why? Because we do not know how to be kind, we are only afraid what someone is going to take from you. What if I told you there is nothing you can take from me, nothing at all. All I have can be shared with anyone without hesitation. Maybe it is an advantage not to have an identity or a culture to call your own. When you float from one country to another and all you retain is the enormous joy of learning new things: language, food and quirky habits.

No matter at which end of the stick you are, the bully or the victim it does not matter you are a person that either made a mistake or a person that feels hurt in both cases communication is the only way to get rid of it.

Be confident in who and what you are and everyone will react positively… Can we make racism really go away? All of us can start by picking up the ball of human kindness. By not being so fearful of one another, to truly be tolerant. I rather see acceptance because then we have truly embraced the breathtaking existence of the diversity that this universe has to offer. This conversation is open to all listeners that would like to call in and give their insights into this social problem. The economic confusion in the world is not helping our fears at all… many European countries would like all immigrants to go home. The immigrants see this as a form of discrimination of course. Again all based on “fear”, fear of not having enough for ourselves, not finding jobs, not being able to meet our basic needs. My team in Vancouver at that time, made a movie on racism together for National racism day in 2012. See link. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rCnVjIzXyPo&feature=plcp Let’s talk

By sharing the hurt the person who did it can find an understanding and the victim can find closure.

Won’t you call and start living today with renewed vigor and kindness and especially find a new way of looking at life. “Life needs to be lived”, it cannot wait!

It is National Anti-Bullying Month in the United States, what are we the bystanders doing about this epidemic? Our two guests Bill Cornelius and Geoff Kirby first hand know what it is like to have been bullied.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Bill Cornelius the Award-winning filmmaker who lives in Nashville Tennessee and who is the producer of the documentary “Hear Me Now” in order to raise awareness and give hope to students dealing with bullying.

Geoff Kirby was introduced to me through Bill Cornelius and I invited him as his painful story on the topic bullying will shed some light during this show how isolated a victim gets.

All three of us from different places in this world all unfortunately have experience bullying and we are putting these painful experiences to good use by sharing our stories to children at schools. In the hope that we can save one child at a time… on child at a time

Words DO hurt, it takes a lifetime to forget them…
