In one year everything can change! I know you all may be familiar with the hopeless romantic, but in this episode we talk about the hopeful romantic. The hopeful romantic works toward cultivating the relationships they seek in their lives! It’s an understanding of realistic expectations, transparent communication and intent. There’s tons to unravel here! Lots of hot takes and I’d love to hear yours! So listen and tell me what comes to mind. Questions to consider: How can we all be a bit more hopeful in relationships? How do you communicate your emotions in relationships? Is it something that comes easy or is it a struggle? If you consider yourself a hopeless romantic, what causes you to be so idealistic?

What is your ego saying?
There are plenty of ways to combat Ego, but I give you my practical tactics.
As always, let me know what you're doing to understanding more about your ego.

Following last episode on Setting Your Table!
We now can ask... Who's Gonna Be There?
I walk you through my thought process behind who I allow to sit at my table.
Starting off with who is NOT allowed at the table. At the end of the day, this is all about collaboration. We have to cultivate relationships that supplement our strengths or assist with our weaknesses.
It's more about what's non-negotiable.
Listen all the way through for more of my personal thoughts on who gets to sit at the table!
Maybe a seat at the table isn't that important after all.

You know that question everyone thinks about in their heads!
YEAH, THAT ONE. What does this person bring to the table? How do they contribute to MY life?
Well, a better thing to consider is how we set our own tables.
Join this reflection on self sufficiency. Bottom line, we need to be much more concerned with how our table is set before even thinking about what our guests are bringing to it.
In this episode I give you a brief history of how to set a table. So basically, I google searched the essentials. This episode is meant to help you reflect on how you can be secure in yourself before questioning how people can serve you.
Lastly, the Habitual Project will be coming to an end after episode 15.
I'm going no where though! So keep up with me @HabitualKire on Instagram.

Have you ever changed and the people around you didn't catch on? Well, you'll enjoy this intimate conversation with my friend Cameron Houston. We grew up as best friends and spent the majority of our friendship away from one another. When we had the opportunity to live and work under the same roof we learned that we both changed significantly. I mean, we knew each other but not the new versions. There was so much time to make up and it came down to realizing that we will eventually understand each other. If you're on your journey and it just doesn't make sense to your closest friends or family.. They will understand. Listen in on our reflection of the past, present and future of understanding one another.

If you have been overwhelmed, you are not alone! Still reflecting on my trip to Austin, I walk you through what I call being AT a 7. This simply means being calm, cool and collected. If you've heard this phrase before, I address it as if its a three step process. Of course, each word is nearly synonymous. However, treating each like a step creates a frame work for me to navigate my impulses. For me being at a 7 is my competitive advantage in life. I am certain that I know how to perform under uncertain circumstances. While you're listening to this recall past events where you have been below or above a 7. Be cognizant of how you react! Be at a 7.

Join me on this self-reflection of personal responsibility and accountability in my life!
After listening to the last episode on "following up" I realized I had a bunch to follow up on myself. However, when I went to check out my list I was overwhelmed with tons of guilt and shame. Pure disappointment as if I wasn't working hard enough! This was alarming to me so I dove into personal responsibility and accountability to get a grip on their roles in my life.
I hope you enjoy listening in on my reflection.
Challenge yourself to be more responsible for your activities and accountable for your results.

Can you believe it's already July? This is by far my favorite time of the year and it's not because of Leo Season. It's Q3 and I believe this is the most critical time of the year! Everything can SHIFT right at the mid-point of the year. All you have to do is follow up on your goals. Don't be so hard on yourself, embrace that you may have fallen short of what you wanted for 2020. Realign your purpose and transition those ideas into instincts. Listen in on this discussion with my guest Adam English as we discuss the importance of following up in all aspects of life.
I want you to WIN! But that's not enough. You have to want it for yourself and have to follow up on the things that you set forth for your life. Let's have an electric second half of the year.

And no matter what, don't hang your head. Keep fighting. This Episodes Guests: Aaron Estes, Cameron Houston, D'onte Cole, Gabriel Jaramillo and Kimara Woolfolk

If you need MAJOR ME TIME, this is for you. On January 25th, my friend Maxwell messaged me letting me know that he needed to take a break from the outside world. To be specific, he said "I wish I could go on an island with no service, but I'll just create my own" . With no questions! I supported his choice to discover what he felt was missing and told him to go after it. Explore yourself and connect. The courage it took to tell me, was something that I think we all could use. It's the worst when you feel as if you have to serve everyone and neglect your own purpose in the process. How do you navigate explaining that you need to go on your own island? What is 'Island Me' anyways? We dive into this topic and Max takes us into what it was like for him! I know you'll love this one. Follow Maxwell on IG @OgaMaxwell to connect and chat more about his story! Also, check out his album 'Space Man' on streaming platforms.

Come listen to the last stage of the Understanding Your Clutter series! #UYC Kimara joins the show and we have a discussion about a few words that have been hitting home heavy. Letting Go: Being willing to allow life to carry you to a new place, a deeper more true rendition of self. Giving Up: To give (something) over to the control or possession of another usually under duress Surrender: To cease resistance All three words very much in common, but the way we encounter each has a different impact on us. We chat about how each plays in our life and give you a powerful statement to take with you on your journey of becoming habitually YOU. Stay engaged on Instagram with Habitual Kire and this episodes guest! This episodes guest! @Kwolff

So, you filtered out your clutter and now what? If you're anything like me then you're going to go chat with a friend or someone who means a TON to you. I've found that when I do this, that person usually knocks me back a few steps by giving a response that I wasn't looking for. Join me and Elena as we chat about those situations where you go into a conversation wanting a release versus a response! This is a topic that requires a ton of awareness. Dive into your head and recall when you've been here.

Welcome to Part 1 of the Understanding Your Clutter series! #UYC I know we are all processing the ongoing pandemic differently and right now there's tons of confusion everywhere you look. I'm sure you've also noticed how easy it is to get lost in those thoughts at home. That's why I wanted to start HERE more than ever! How do we make sense of all the noise in our heads? How do we clear the clutter, focus on what's essential and take action? In this episode, I walk you through an exercise that helps shed light on the uncertainty in our lives. It's called "Head to Lead" which literally means putting your thoughts ON PAPER. If you don't journal, I think you will dig this! If you do, you'll still take away something worth while. I hope you enjoy the episode and share with me what you currently do to #UYC. If it resonates screenshot the episode, share with a friend and let's get you on the next discussion episode.
