Having some conversations around those mindsets and really inspiring people to promote their well being in their business or finding a business that promotes their well being in other words there has to be a balance and if there isn't a balance then what kind of support do they need to get to that balance and personally I feel that it is a ministry for me to connect with people help them in the new way of how businesses are started and nurtured developed some fail well many fail but those few that are sustainable seeing how those people can duplicate their success in others. We will touch on BLM and the systemic racism and eruption we are experiencing. Our goal is to elimate the stigma of rasism and be anti-racist society. We will look at how we get and give mixed messages. We often plan mind games and it comes at a cost. There is a price we all have to pay for success. We must work just as hard to to find the balance. Recommend book Good to Great, by Jim Collins. Good is the enemy of great. Everyone gets a prize is a LIE. Competition will have winners and loosers. Loosing is an opportunity to get better just like winning is an opportunity to improve as well. Don't marginalize and your truth is not the only option that matters. I was told and believed in "not going to be successful ". I learned from close friends and family that being good is not good enough. I needed to achieve greatness and graduate from college.
