BroScience: A derogatory term for using quasi-scientifically backed opinion, combined with anecdotal experience, to explain a concept that usually relates to fitness and bodybuilding. We are two brothers, who love to workout and discuss intellectual topics. Our unique upbringing in a conservative Christian circle gives us a different way of looking at the world than most people. We use our unique background, life experiences, and sometimes well educated opinions to break down a number of topics: from bodybuilding to pop culture. This is unfiltered, uncensored, and bound to make someone cringe.
This episode, we are joined by Mik Olson of the MikPodcast to discuss the Alec Baldwin incident, the Pro Life movement, and the state of public health propaganda our country is experiencing. In this episode, we discuss TRT use with PT clients, training considerations for pregnant women, and some of the new metal music that's been tickling our ears. A discussion on TRT alone deserves a full episode, and we plan to get into that in the future! Enjoy!

Everybody is talking about the capital protests and subsequent storming of the United States Capitol that occurred on January 6th. But how many people who are talking about the event, have actually spoken to someone who was there? We sat down with David Kelly, a former Trump campaign staffer, who was at the march and witnessed the events of the day. He gave us his first hand account of what he witnessed that day, and shed light on certain aspects that have been misrepresented by the media. We also covered the state of conservatism and leftism in America, the controversy surrounding Big Tech’s censoring of the President, and David’s experience being a gay Trump supporter in today’s divisive political climate.

At a time where the election turmoil is everywhere you look, we took this episode to reminisce on our time playing division 3 football at a private Christian university. We expound on how our time in football shaped our futures and brought us into our respective interests in different aspects of fitness. We also give you some news about big changes coming for the both of us in the next few months. Enjoy!

By far the most fun we've ever had on an episode thus far, the 1 and 1/3 bottle of Jack Daniels probably helped. This episode features our good friend, Ming Yu, a Madison Wisconsin based powerlifter, personal trainer, sponsored athlete, and micro influencer (she hates being called an influencer). We discussed some topics relating to powerlifting, bodybuilding, and nutrition, but also discussed Thomas's severe farting affliction, embarrassing wank stories, dating, toxic masculinity, you get the idea.
I mean, we were bound to talk about OnlyFans at some point right? And some guy tried to pay Tom for his used underwear? Somehow we go from discussing OnlyFans to talking the carnivore and vertical diet.
In this episode, we dive deep into what role climate change could play in the end times according to Revelations, and also discuss the new World War I film, "1917." This was a good one!

We loosely describe why we decided to start this, and talk a little about our backgrounds. Welcome to our therapy session.
