Starting off with Josephus and his account of the Siege of Masada, we head off on an adventure. From the First Century A.D to Solzhenitsyn and Jung, we question what would lead someone to commit such actions as those committed at Masada? How is it one can get corrupted to malevolence? And how is it a situation will corrupt some, yet lead to the "ascension" of others?
