I am not one those people who thinks, you can really change the world, by turning it upside down on its head. Surprise, you don’t build rapport with bs, maybe with amateurs. That’s why every conflict is exactly the same. Black or White or Green or Yellow. It doesn’t matter who’s listening. Pointedly, bs is repulsive, not even close to negotiating.
Logical certainty and emotional certainty always causes confusion and conflicts. It certainly seems we can’t solely depend on either one.
Do you run from conflicts and dislikes? Stop doing that. Learn to have a growth mindset. Ain’t nobody perfect!
We need to frequently have conversations to confirm our shared meanings. There’s no such thing as perfection! This is what it truly means to be human.
Think about it again, if you want to become a specialist. Your specialization in one single area, may serve to seriously disappoint.
There’s so many of us movie producers out there. The problem is understanding the why. Desires lead to thoughts and thoughts lead to deeds and deeds lead to conflicts. The better way of negotiating is being a self critic.
During my childhood my parents always taught me to play nice. However, they were wrong. Leaders need to be much more cordial and forget about being liked. Great teachers willingly give bad grades.

Do not deny what you’re feeling. But be much more willing to listen and discover. Self-Disclosure is everything in building stronger, trusting, and more successful relationships.
