Juice WRLD was a Chicago-based rapper and musician who tragically passed away on December 8th, 2019 at the age of 21. In the 2 years since his passing, we have seen a strong influence on other rappers within their own music dedicating their stances on drugs being changed to the late rapper through his lifestyle and music. I explore how Juice WRLD changed this narrative through the lenses of the works of Nancy Baym and how Juice WRLD should be recognized as a social change icon.
