With so many athletes, parents and coaches facing difficult times due to the currently global situation, we have set up a podcast to help share stories and guidance that we hope will help everyone feel more optimistic. Our first discussion will be with performance coach Ben Higson, who this week put out a great article on how we can reframe this situation so many of us find ourselves in. The article discussed can be found here: https://www.swimireland.ie/news/ben-higson-see-this-as-an-opportunity
