Consider this, my outlet. Once maybe twice a week I will drop an episode depending on how rough the week is so I can stay focused on the important things. What is windshield therapy? Today I will do my best to give a brief understanding of how windshield therapy could be very resourceful for you. For many, driving in your car, alone, is the best form of therapy. Imagine taking a trip that is 3 hours round trip by yourself? You could roll down the windows, smell the fresh air, let your hair blow in the wind, or just feel the rain on your skin. This is a time to be alone with your thoughts and feelings. Most who enter this space, come out a better person on the other side. Windshield therapy is supposed to do that for you. You have more than enough time to think through some minor issues or big issues that you may be having.  All the burden that was once on your shoulder has been removed and you feel like a new person. For some, windshield therapy is the only therapy you need. If you are that person, I suggest you buy a car you like.
