Adulthood is a stage that no one prepared us for, we weren't given a manual or guide on how to survive or handle certain issues of life. Some of us had to learn to grow up fast, we had to learn to make certain decisions on our own, some of us have even been through things that we are unable to talk about because of the fear of being judged or not listened. This podcast is about having real conversations on what adulthood entails, how to make better decisions as an adult, how to form healthy relationships and every other juicy topic we can discus.
