12"DHC stands for 12 inch Deep House Crew.
Our crew consists of people who are devoted to promoting Deep House music through events and mixes. We pursue the idea of cultivating vinyl records as we deeply trust in its quintessential part of DJ-ing.
The physical feeling and deep sound are major qualities to which we have been devoted for over 10 years. Our movement spreads sublime music genres from Disco, Detroit, Chicago to Deep House, Minimal and Dub Techno. We do not care what's hot or who's hyped at the moment - it's all about the UNDERGROUND.
12"DHCast is a series of podcasts presented by Polish, as well as foreign DJ's, who believe in the truth behind the aforesaid concept. This page is also a resharing platform that helps young talents in getting the love and recognition they deserve.

Club music does its circles. We had hardcore broken beat back in 1993 now its played again at the best techno venues out there. Uk techhouse also has its renaissance. Minimal music is not that minimal anymore. Music is universal and so is Greg's home vinyl mix.
On daily basis, Greg is a tattooist and a amateur skateboarder. Few years ago he produced techno only on hardware in a duo collective named @tricktrap. There is lots of material back at his home studio, alongside a very decent record collection. We still dj from time to time, spinnin' some 2000's minimal and techhouse, and due to the inconvenience around, he found some time to record the 27th input of the podcast series. Enjoy!

Since my journey with soundcloud, QuietNote is one of the first vinyl selectors here that I have praised. All mixes he posts are a multiple must-listen. Nothing has changed when it comes to my attitude towards this Japanese DJ. A journey into sound and peace.
Closing the second ten, we have Warsaw's DJ @Zaremba1. This one is a banger of a set; you will hear deep house records with a modern twist and some remarkably smooth mixing.
The hero of #020, Zaremba, is a member of the infamous DeepMix Warszawa. He is a lover of art in general and he puts his heart in collecting vinyl. The atmosphere beating from his selection surely can give you goosebumps and take you on a higher level. His recent performance at Polskie Radio Czwórka had some amazing feedback what is of course a huge step forward for the Polish deep house society. Robert, the head honcho of Na Co Czekasz @nacoczekasz, is running his podcast platform for many many years and under the same name he is throwing gigs in Poznań and beyond.
He is also a member of Czarny Wosk - a collective that promotes deep and minimalistic side of house music.
Robert also cooperates with Chris Olszewski as Krobman @krobman. Together they've got an impressive catalog of digital releases available in all online stores and are in the process of releasing their first vinyl record.
It's always fun time with this guy. A highly recommended Allegro user with a bag full of silly jokes and good music.
The next guestmix comes from this faceless DJ. It is actually a very well known figure in the Polish underground club scene. The sound of Vladimir Kozakov for the next hour. @vladimirkozakov
It is an extreme joy to finally present this podcast from the second, after Exilim, representative of the Karawana collective @k4r4w4n4. Marek, because this is his real name, is a long standing DJ, promoter and digger, who represents a unique blend of deep, minimal, uk techhouse and electronic broken beat that will blow your mind and keep that ass shaking all night.
Vladimir started playing records in Września then spread his wings in Gniezno via the Szajse Records project that hosted Polish broadcast sessions for RTS.FM. He then moved to Poznan where his career had its peek. Just to remind you, together with Karawana he is doing a fantastic job inviting to Poland big names like Andrey Pushkarev or Julian Perez and hosting them in the most renowned venues in town. Club owners from across Poland also trust in his selection and very often invite him as warm up before big imports.

Behold! The power of Warsaw's local wizard Nifro Nomyzs.
Using his mystical powers, Nifro created a mixture of everything we love about minimal. Groovy basslines, crazy percussion, dope clicky and blobby sounds and unidentified vocal chops that will take you somewhere else.
What can we say about Nifro? He is an underground player and an active member of Deepmix Warszwa. Aside from deejaying at parties and radio programs, he professionally engineers sound at his Studio Tort in cooperation with the best actors and musicians.
One can tell he is best friends with music by the sound of this brilliant mix. Nifro pays good attention to detail whilst selecting trax from his huge vinyl collection and this mix is an example of it.

Elvira is a professional DJ with a 7 year experience working as a resident at Poznań'a Dom Technika. Before he initiates his master plan he focuses on extending his record collection and instill minimal music into Polish clubbers. Between touring around the country, Elvira masters his craft as a producer; you can already check his recent releases on Unknown Artist Records (UAR37) & Laral Tapes. At his home, equipped with drum machines and sophisticated gear, he also prepares material for his upcoming live performances.

Closing the first 10, it is more than a pleasure to introduce you to the amazing character that is Ania Pietrzak, that goes by the stage name of Miss π.
Ania is a tourist who takes her luggage filled with vinyl and goes on endless holiday to the undiscovered paths of ambient, deep house and deep techno. Her ambitions stretch out from assisting in Asfalt Shop record store, where she discovers melodies and meet the nicest people in the Polish capital, through journalism at Radio Aktywne and Nowamuzyka.pl, where she spotlights her beloved sounds, to organizing events at the fabulous venue that is Warsaw's SPATiF. When you see the name #AMBIENTY, you will also hear Miss π.
Busy as she may be, it is always possible to have a chat with her about parties, music and dedication to it.

Jakub, because this is his real name, is an ambitious and active player on the Polish scene. He is a member of the rapidly developing DeepMix Warszawa collective that does vinyl records as the main music format on their gigs. S Modest is another example of a DJ who puts emphasis on the quality of music and equipment that gives a result of beautiful emotions and makes your body jack. What you can expect is not just minimal and dub techno. It's that extra spark and exclusiveness that you get!
You can often catch him playing records at Audiobar - a very well known club in Płock, but if you won't, most probably he is taking a day off riding his vintage motorbike.

12"Deep House Crew returns with this epic podcast by the man like Brosha.
Originally from Leszno, @brosha_official made some seriouse damage as resident DJ in Wrocław and Poznań's most valuable venuse in the past years. As DJ and promotor, he was involved in gigs with imported headliners like Jimpster, Dudley Strangeways and Kindimmer, just to name a few. In the mean time, together with his Youth Rave Centre buddy Wnuk, he hosted a radio show via the iconic Sweat Lodge, were one could listen to a long list of guest mixes by Manooz, Janeret etc. It is also worth mentioning, YRC had it's episode on RTS.fm
Brosha's next step of self development, was moving to the UK for few years, where he mastered his craft as a producer. His recent spacey, deep house joint was released on Yaroslav Lenzyak's Soblazn, however his closet is still full of nice work yet to be revealed. Aside from dope and rare vinyl, some of his own music is in fact included in this mix.

Next up, Karol Aleksander (@karol_aleksander), one of the most famous editors at TVPCO, hops on the 12" Deep House Crew train. Join him on this funky ass journey.
We met with Karol in Rzeszow few years back and did some underground gigs together. We played deep and chunky house records together but our taste was constantly evolving since then. Always fun time with this chap sipping drinks and sharing records and views.
After some time Karol ended up in Warsaw from where he is invited to the best festivals and gigs in Poland and abroad. Apart from the home of "Witajcie W Moim Świecie" Karol's work was released on Whiskey Disco, Velcro City and recently Pets! Praised by Telekom's Eletronic Beats and Radio Czwórka for his talent and flava, he will be providing some quality trax in the near future. His love to 12 inches is also awarded with an invitation to play at the annual Record Store Day each year.
In addition, what you may not know about Karol is his love to Nike sneakers and ultra tasty exotic food. Thank you Karol for this mix and an awesome intro. You're the MAN!

Kamilescu is a relatively new name on Warsaw's night life map. But so is his vision of club music.
Representing the concept of Deepmix Warszawa, he is spreading his minimal and microhouse oriented sounds, focusing on long vinyl sets at the best clubs in the capital as well as other cool venues across Poland.
Seeing this DJ pursuing the deep sound for several years and showcasing extraordinary tracks could only bore fruit in a massive respect that I have for him. It is also fair to name this fellow an ambassador of Romanian minimal as he is hugely inspired by events such as Sunwaves, where his feet had a chance to feel sand vibrating more than once. Not to mention, aside of digging for music in his spare time, this fellow builds his own devices like amplifiers or islolators. All for the love of the sound. Wicked!

After a week with some minimal beats, I proudly present a selection by my favorite Silesian DJ, my brawther in house, maestro Sergiusz.
Based in Katowice, the representative of the United Bad Flow collective is mastering his skills as a DJ, finger drummer and a live act performer. Apart from a massive amount of gigs he plays in Poland and abroad, he constantly gives himself new challenges. He is a two time in a row 3rd place winner in the IDA championships and a house music producer whose work will shortly see the light of day. He is also no stranger to street performance.
Sergiusz is very eclectic when it comes to records so even though you are listening to a deep house dj mix, you may also notice some mixed in ambient interludes as well as rare groove and disco acapellas. One of the best intros here, I have ever heard. You may want to check out his chilled out disco mixtapes online.

I am very happy to present a mix made by a dude that I met via soundcloud a very long time ago. We spend millions of hours discussing music and record collecting. This fellow is a deep house lover and also prefers the moody and minimal side of our beloved genre. Within the years, we had a chance to play quite often together, also at 12" Deep House Crew events. It is always a pleasure to listen and dance to Kamil's newest picks. Apart from dj-ing, he has huge experience in graphic design and radio broadcasting.

Back in the days the man had a pleasure to share decks with icons like Didier Sinclair, David Duriez or Dan Ghenacia just to name a few at the Parisian Batofar. Now it is a blessing for Poland to have him sharing his vibes and visions here.
Even though his current selection is deep and minimal oriented, his record collection consist of countless gems and classic party smashers. It was a very big honor to finally meet Paul in person down at Jasna 1 a few weeks back and do a little jibber jabber and a back to back. Such a big inspiration to see this devoted pro spreading his beloved sounds throughout our capital and creating the new underground.

12"Deep House Crew proudly presents the 12"DHCast! We kick of the podcast series with Lemonhad, a DJ that's nearly 20 years in the game. Hailing from Rzeszow, Poland, Lemon is sort of a legend in the south area of the country. Known for his electrifying and long techno sets during the years he now focuses on casual parties with laid back and hypnotic sides of house and disco. And all these years it was all about the twelve inches.
The reason of picking this man for episode 1 is simple. It was this gent who invited me to play at his party Vive Le Deep Muzik back in December 2007, and that is when it all began. I cannot imagine a better gig and company for a debut.
