East Coast Radio’s Sports Team has come together to form the Bomb Squad Podcast - inspired by the Springboks ‘Bomb Squad’ at the 2019 Rugby World Cup. Every week the team sits down and discusses the biggest talking points in the world of sport with plenty of opinions and banter! This podcast is presented by Sky Tshabalala, Gareth ‘G-Dog’ Jenkinson, Myron Naicker, Nick Tatham and Sbu Zulu.
Cricket South Africa's problems seem to ignite faster than a burning match and dry veld grass. We discuss the problems and the solutions. The Premier League returned and we boldly predict round two's results.
The team starts off by reflecting on the final round of the ABSA Premiership and how Kaizer Chiefs managed to lose the league, after having a large points lead at the top of the table. Then Nick, Sbu, Gareth and Myron have a crack at predicting which team will win the upcoming Premier League.
The team starts off by unpacking all the permutations of the British and Irish Lions tour, before deliberating over who will win the ABSA Premiership come Saturday. Chiefs or Sundowns?
