In this episode, Shwee and Ravi talk about the importance of the Definition of 'Done' and how awesome can your Definition of 'Done' get to be.
The Definition of 'Done' is a formal description of the state of the Increment when it meets the quality measures required for the product. The Definition of 'Done' creates transparency by providing everyone with a shared understanding of what work was completed as part of the Increment.Ā
If a Product Backlog item does not meet the Definition of 'Done', it cannot be released or even presented at the Sprint Review. Instead, it returns to the Product Backlog for future consideration.Ā
The hosts discuss in which direction should our Definition of 'Done' improve and what drives teams' maturity with evolving Definition of 'Done'.

Participants in the Sprint Review typically include the Scrum Team, management, customers and developers from other projects. Given the critical nature of Sprint Reviews, the hosts Shwee and Ravi share ideas on how to bring engagement with stakeholders.
