It was anything but a massive day at the trade period, but Patch and Lek felt like chewing the fat, and who better to share said fat with than you lot?

Patch and Lekdog are back for another week, with a very, very special guest. Alex, the coach of Froff, the number one team in Supercoach right now, and - we're hoping - at the end of season 2019. He talks about how he's made his way to the top of the Supercoach ranking, how he selects his team and what his secrets are.
