People hate to define anything because it restricts them from being selfish and taking advantage of another person and that's the first sign of a toxic person (yup, I said it). Especially in this "toxic/hookup generation" there are so many people who want to eat their cakes and have them.
In this podcast, I talk about how it's best to define your relationships, friendships, and even relationships with work buddies to avoid "stories" that touch. Basically, boundaries and definition grow stronger relationships and/or friendships in an environment that can thrive and breed mutual respect.

Empathy cannot be overemphasized in helping to deal with depression. In many scenarios, people preferred they had someone who wasn't judgy but was empathetic towards them. Sometimes JUST feel and resonate. It makes all the difference in the world.
