This segment is about the hearing that took place on October 13, 2020. The hearing was about detention and arraignment. Mr. Norman pleaded not guilty on all three charges. The detention is on hold until Magistrate Nanette A. Baker take it under advisement. This could go either way! Stay tuned in for more updates because I will be following this trial and any court appearances or conferences.
