Helping me answer that question and to speak about all things health-related is Jen Beck!
If you are ready to experience love for your body and make food your friend again, I am your gal! My name is Jen Beck and for the last 15+ years, I have worked with clients dealing with chronic conditions to folks that have struggled with their weight their entire lives, and across all age spectrums from kids to 80-year-olds – so I know no 2 bodies are alike, nor are their issues the same. Most people struggle to make sense of all the so-called expert advice out there.
It breaks my heart to see people fail through 15 different diets, suffer through knee surgeries, wake up feeling like crap, and go through life believing “This is as good as it gets”… and I see this with people in their 30s! I was just like that, and I turned it around. I can help you figure out exactly what you need and how to make it work within your busy lifestyle! I will be your guide, cheerleader, and support along your journey to find what your body needs specifically for you to feel fantastic, so you can fall in love with your food, body, and life again.
I swore in my 20s that I would do whatever it takes to make it so that no family had to endure what we did. I have been on a mission ever since! In my 20’s, I was living on coffee, Diet Mountain Dew, sugar, and convenience foods. I was dragging through the day, getting sick a couple of times a year and just not feeling awesome, but I had no idea how bad it had gotten because my health had declined so gradually I hadn’t noticed. Then I got a wake-up call! I was 26, standing in my mom’s living room watching her entire life being sorted through as she was being packed up to move into a nursing home at 49 years old! Through research, I found that with a different lifestyle, this situation may have been completely avoidable, or at least delayed by many, many years. I saw people reverse disease, and reclaim their health from “terminal” and chronic diseases that I had previously believed were life sentences.

Joining me today is Author, speaker, and mentor Trish Springsteen!
So how did I get from that shy Trish who was not at all confident, who would avoid speaking, who had potential but didn’t have the confidence to fulfill that potential. I had and still have a very supportive family – who told me you can do anything you want, be anything – go for it. Those are great words – only they are just words if you don’t believe in those words and that was me – no confidence, no self-belief. It was not until I had a mentor who pushed me, challenged me, believed in me, and helped me to believe in myself that I grew into who I am and am comfortable with who I am. That is why I love mentoring, love finding ways to make it easy for clients to find you, why I love working with introverts and those who are letting their mindset and limiting beliefs stop them from being all that they can be.

I lived through much adversity; and as it is said, what didn't kill me made me stronger. I had an abusive, alcoholic father whose behavior had a major impact on my life. Based on his behavior, my young mind decided that rage was an emotion no one should feel. My judgment of anyone who became enraged did not serve me well in my first marriage, nor in my life.
A wildfire destroyed our home . . . that was the catalyst for significant change in my life. Over 12 months, I lost my home to fire, left my marriage, quit my job, and moved across the world. During this journey, I discovered many tools for overcoming adversity and achieving emotional balance. I now share these tools with children through the power of story; because with this knowledge, they can make better life choices.

Joining the show is Certified Divorce Coach Kelli Calabrese!
After my excruciatingly painful divorce, I got certified as a Divorce Coach to get healed and help others do the same.
I founded Intentionally Fabulous and began my mission to help women going through any stages of separation and divorce go from fearful to fearlessly pursuing what sets their soul on fire.
I take a spirit, mind-body approach to help women redefine themselves to live an extraordinary bonus life filled with peace, joy, gratitude, self-love, and celebration.
My approach to healing from divorce isn’t like anything else you will find. How do I know? Because it’s the program I needed when I was where you are now, and it wasn’t anywhere to be found.
My divorce left me filled with anxiety and in a state of depression. I went looking for help but it was all so scattered it was tough to find what I really needed.
I went on a quest to learn about how to heal from what I was experiencing. The result was a path that took me from that empty place to one of joy, freedom, and peace.
That’s what I want for you. That’s what Intentionally Fabulous is all about.

Joining the show is Renia Pruchnicki, Founder of Truth Belts!
I started Truth in 2001. I made belts from my apartment in downtown Toronto.
I was determined to create a life I loved and at the same time, I wanted to do something that would make a difference to our planet.
Since I had no experience with leather, I made my belts out of what I like to call ‘Genuine Non-Leather’.
I thought it was a clever phrase and decided to stamp all of my ‘leather-look’ belts with this phrase on the back. Funny!
Renia Starting Truth Belts
Over the years, as my approach to design has developed, my personal interests and lifestyle choices have also evolved – more and more, they aligned with and reinforce the innate philosophy of Truth.
I strongly believe as a business owner I can make choices that make a difference to our planet.
Mother nature needs our help right now. Nature is here to support humans and it seems like all we have done is abuse and exploit her to fulfill our own selfish desires. Us humans are currently behaving in a way no animal would ever treat their herd, flock, pod, or swarm.
We have forgotten we are part of nature. That’s why I choose to have my products made in Canada and to use animal-friendly materials.

My adult years were spent raising my 4 children as a single mother. After my youngest graduated high school, I moved to San Diego to find myself again. The sexual abuse that I suffered in my younger years had left my mental health very taxed and I found myself once again in a very dark place. I needed to heal my soul and find my path, and it was time to discover my purpose aside from being a mother/caretaker. While in San Diego, I was introduced to the Fraternal Spiritualist Church and an amazing group of people that helped change my life and put me on a path of healing and growth. Through my healing, I began to reawaken my gifts that had been sitting dormant. These gifts led me down my true-life path.

I want to put a stop to survivors of abuse feeling broken, unfixable, and absolutely frustrated because it seems nothing they do is helping. Honestly, it really pisses me off when survivors are not able to have the lives and relationships they deserve. Whenever I hear stories of survivors giving up, falling deeper and deeper into despair, or worse, being further traumatized by people who are supposed to help, I get so upset. It also reminds me of my past and how excruciating life was for twenty-plus years.
I was definitely convinced that there was no way out of the pain, constant instability, and feeling of worthlessness. It sucked, but I found a way out and I would love to support you in doing that as well.

Hi there- I’m Natasha.
I’ve spent 20+ years (since I was 19, really) as an entrepreneur, and professional musician, and have grown into many other things. Speaker, author, and advisor are some of the things that have come to me in the last 5 or so years.
I own a profitable multi-million dollar company based in San Francisco that does events in major markets all over the world. I’ve hunkered down and studied business and entrepreneurship at Babson College (the Goldman Sachs 10ksb program), MIT (the Entrepreneurial Masters Program), and Harvard (Entrepreneurial Master program) as well as have been taught and advised, and mentored by extremely smart, talented and dedicated leaders. I’m also asked to advise entrepreneurs by Inc. Magazine in their consultant's corner at their conferences. I’ve been interviewed and quoted in Entrepreneur Magazine, Inc. Magazine, USA Today, and the Wall Street Journal to name a few. Yes, I still think it’s VERY cool when I’m asked. It will never get old.
I'm on a mission to help educate 1 Million entrepreneurs in scaling and growing their companies so they can live an even fuller life, contribute to the economy, create jobs, and pay it forward.
I’ve helped business owners with much higher revenues than my own and in different sectors from all over the world. I’ve heard I provide great, valuable information. And if don’t have the experience for the issue you come into, I know at least 10+ people deep that do.

My name is Jane Ferré and in 2017 I experienced redundancy twice in one year.
In March, I took voluntary redundancy from my role as Head of Talent for British Airways, before I was Headhunted by LEON Restaurants as their first Head of Training.
8 months later that role was made redundant and my last day was the beginning of December, “Merry Christmas”!
Did I sit on the sofa in my pyjamas binge watching Netflix, drinking red wine and eating Giant Chocolate Buttons? Of course I did, it was nearly Christmas, no one would be hiring now and I had lots of parties to go to – what was the point?
Gone was the security of having a (very good) salary land in my bank account every month.
Gone was the kudos of my job title.
Gone were my plans for a Merry Christmas (we cancelled our plans, didn’t buy any presents and stayed home).
The second time was harder than the first, I didn’t have the support network that was in place the first time. As I had only been with the business for 8 months, I was paid my notice period of one month’s salary and I had very limited savings.
When 2018 rolled around, I put down the wine, got off the sofa and dug out my notebooks that contained everything I had learned during my first redundancy. If I did not have this to fall back on, I’m not sure I would have got back on my feet so quickly.
I’ve learned a lot during this time, I have developed a range of techniques to make decisions about what was next for me, all of which I share with my clients as we work together.
In less than a year, I built a successful business and now spend my days working with my amazing clients to help them to achieve their targets. I LOVE it.

Joining the show is Vietnam veteran, Robert Toporek to share his story and the story of Milton Olive!
As a decorated Vietnam war veteran and author of this booklet “The First African American to be awarded The Medal of Honor in The Vietnam War". This ebook details the act of bravery BEYOND the CALL OF DUTY Milton Olive, only the eighth African American to receive this award did that day by jumping on a hand grenade and blowing his guts out saving the lives of four other platoon members.
After not talking about Vietnam for over 25 years I found and reached out to Olive’s father and stepmother in Chicago. I shared verbally most of what is in this booklet and promised them I would make this a national story. They gave me their blessings.
This booklet is more than about Olive, it is about the impact on his father and stepmother, it's about the impact his life and death have made on me since that day and my pledge to myself when we put his body down to carry forward his and all of my squad's heroic stories. It's about the impact this story can have on everyone.

My greatest strength and passion is writing life’s experiences and observations into relatable lessons for others. When I’m putting pen to paper — or watching a screen fill with words while clicking on a keyboard — my thoughts and ideas come together in clarity. They take formation. They tell me what I didn’t even realize I was thinking, or knowing, or seeing. Writing refreshes me, inspires me.

Hayk owns and operates a thriving insurance and construction business that he built from scratch. With the years of coaching and developing his top producing teams, he has developed great joy in coaching and consulting other business owners, professionals, aspirants and team members on replicable sales systems, processes of entrepreneurship and personal development.
Hayk brings a unique approach to the definition of success. His inspirational story of perseverance despite the immense odds, has helped him inspire others to grow and achieve the success they’ve longed for.
Hayk Tadevosyan immigrated to United States at only 13 years of age with his father, having only a few hundred US dollars in their pockets. Since it was financially impossible to bring the entire family to the United States, his mother, sister and brother had to stay in Armenia, a former Soviet Republic, resulting in a 7 year separation of the family.
While the father and son duo slept on roll up mattresses and couches in rooming houses, they often went hungry with only Hayk’s provided school lunch available, to feed them both. Hayk developed an unusual fear of new places from all the relocating they did during his childhood years. Moving from city to city, state to state to find work was unavoidable given the circumstances, as it was not an option to skip sending money to their family in Armenia.
From humble beginnings in Armenia, where he lived without the luxury of running water or electricity, often going hungry, to now a successful businessman – Hayk has been described by many as a modern example of the American dream in action.

Joining the show is David "Kutimack" Kuti!
Fitness Philosopher, BYBD
Reinvention is at the root of the Be Your Best Daily philosophy and of KUTImack.’s personal story. After more than 15 years of building a successful career as a music industry executive, KUTI desired to build a career that aligned more closely with his personal mission in life - helping others.
Spurred to action after his physically-fit father survived two near-death experiences in quick succession related to a high blood pressure incident, KUTI sought to address his own blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
KUTI personally experienced the transformative power of the right fitness and nutrition regimen and wanted to share it with others who were struggling to achieve their health and fitness-related goals.
Wanting more people to benefit from the life-changing information he was currently communicating one-on-one with clients during training sessions, KUTI began sharing his Be Your Best Daily message and program with a larger audience on social media. The philosophy that drives Be Your Best Daily (BYBD) is that positive change is possible both internally and externally at any point. KUTI has seen the immense transformative power of the BYBD philosophy in a variety of ways, including on Type II diabetic clients who are no longer reliant on insulin to control their blood sugar levels and on an HIV-positive client whose viral loads became undetectable.
His clients and audiences have affectionally dubbed KUTI the “Fitness Philosopher” for his unique ability to share straightforward, science-based fitness and nutrition expertise, paired with motivational philosophies that connect with people on a personal level.

"when I got diagnosed, I was probably in the “best shape” of my life. I was at the gym almost every day & eating a well-balanced diet. In fact, this led doctors to continually assert that I “was fine” and attribute my symptoms to my imagination or stress.
(Dear Drs. everywhere, please change “there’s nothing wrong!” to “I couldn’t find what is wrong”)
as many people know, I was diagnosed shortly thereafter with a rare brain disease. Though I’ve had treatments in the past, there is no cure. The diagnosis changed my life, and unlike some people with disabilities, you really wouldn’t know from looking at me.
I hope stories like mine raise more awareness around disabilities, and challenge how people think of individuals who live with disabilities.
Sick people deserve to pursue joy & not be held down by a narrative that society holds about what being sick is supposed to look like."

Nate and I had had enough!
I owned my own salon and was chasing six kiddos around.
Yep! I said six.. 17 all the way to a 1 year old.
My husband Nathan was working full time in the coal mining industry, also running a pest control business his grandfather started and hauling crude oil on the weekends.
We were so tired of working and never seeing our kids, not to mention one another.
We were making great money but it was never enough.. linear income wasn’t cutting it for us.
We knew that if something didn’t change Nate was going to kill over dead.
family pic 2015
Insert that call none of us ever wanted to get. Network Marketing.
I was polite (because it was my mother in-law and she was standing in my doorway). I honestly didn’t understand the industry at all.
I was ignorant like a lot of people.
However, when we sat down and really took a look at what was being taught, we knew this was our ticket to freedom.
I had been looking for a way of creating residual income and I found it.
I was so excited, in our first 12 hours we had our initial investment back.
In our first 6 months we made and extra twenty thousand dollars.
Things were going so well we thought we would be at the top of the company in a few short years, boy we were dead wrong.
My business fell apart, everyone we had enrolled quit except one personal.
I wasn’t able to duplicate what we were doing.
I went back to the beginning and started over.
Even my sponsor quit!
I had told everyone in my whole town what we were doing and there was no way I was giving up I am not a quitter!.. I may be a bit bull headed. Ha Ha!
I continued to build old school, prospecting everyone that moved and throwing whatever we could at the wall hoping someone would stick.
We created a small team that were active and growing.
I began to dig, read books, listening to audios, search online, learning from people that had what I wanted.
Guess what?
I discovered Attraction Marketing!

We didn't finish our last convo and probably won't finish this one, lol. Welcome back Trish Bennet to the show today at 11am est:
Hello, I'm Trish Bennet, founder of Build Yourself Back Up. I share my personal journey of challenges, heartbreak and loss of self, so that I can support and encourage others who have experienced their own pain and are ready to build themselves back up. I've spent most of my life wearing an invisible mask that hid the true pain that was buried inside my mind, body and soul. After my Spiritual Awakening and the unravelling of my life, I spent many years healing the pains of the past. My heartbreaking life lessons led me to forgive myself and others. Step by step, I was able to build myself back up and create a life that is filled with success, love and opportunities. Through my work and passion for positive change I teach others that, at any point in time you can make changes and become the person you envision. The challenges and life lessons I had to overcome were depression, limiting beliefs, divorce, becoming a single mom, co-parenting, poor self-image and self-esteem, and more. By speaking about my life lessons and experiences, I help and encourage others to know they are not alone and show that there's always a better path.

Cari Higham is a sought-after Speaker, Trainer, and Influence Marketing Strategist that calls Utah home with her husband, Whit, and their three children.
Jumping into network marketing in 2013, she quickly learned that there’s a lot more to entrepreneurship than just talking to your friends and family and hoping your business will grow.
Relying on traditional business-building strategies to connect with new people, she struggled for over 2 years to grow her team, driving all over the western half of the United States, prospecting people to join her and buy her products.
Living in her mother-in-law’s basement because she and Whit couldn’t afford rent while trying to grow their team, she almost quit entrepreneurship all together multiple times. Frustrated by her failing business that was producing less than $100 a month, she put her family further and further into debt as she put all her expenses on credit cards.
It wasn’t until she discovered an influence marketing strategy that allowed her to grow a targeted audience through social media and enroll people by the masses, that she started finding success in early 2016.
This strategy shot her income to multiple 6-figures less than 11 months later, which gave her the freedom to move out of the basement, get out of debt and retire Whit from his corporate job.

I get the honor of speaking with a homegrown hero, Remi Jones, today at 3pm est!
Remi Jones is a woman who has never stopped working towards achieving her dreams. She began her career in media as a television show correspondent, interviewing various talents across New York City. Today, she is the executive producer, andhost of her talk show Remi TV, which is based in Rhode Island.
Her journey was not an easy one. When she began her media career, she was interviewing artists at various locations as well as at red carpet events. She was not comfortable with talking to strangers on camera at first, but she persevered and decided to step outside her comfort zone. As Remi grew more confident in her skills, she realized that she loved what she was doing.
She realized that this was something she was passionate about. Working under someone else no longer felt right for her, so she took a leap of faith and decided to start her own show, which she called Remi TV. Using what she learned from her correspondence experience, she built a show that catered to the type of stories she wanted to share and the type of shows that people wanted to watch.

Jane Barlow Christensen comes from a background in the health, fitness, and wellness industry. Her journey as a professional began in 1979, when she began teaching group fitness classes. As the years went by, Jane got into gym membership sales and eventually managed a 24 Hour Fitness location in the Salt Lake Valley, all the while still teaching aerobics (mostly step classes). Over this time, Jane developed a dream to open her own gym, and in 1998 she made that dream a reality, partnering with her little sister and cutting the ribbon for Midvale Athletic Club. They had taken the old firehouse and turned into a brand new gym. Although the gym did not turn out to be a profitable endevour and eventually closed, Jane and her sister gained an incredible amount of wisdom and experience. After a brief return to her old gym management role, she had had enough and decided to resurrect her late father's once-thriving herbal tincture business. In 2001, Barlow Herbal Specialties was born. Jane rebuilt the company at a steady pace and now BHS is a powerhouse player in the herbal supplement industry. Dr. Max Barlow, her father, developed some extraordinarily powerful and effective formulas, many of which BHS carries on to this day. Jane has developed many tinctures, capule products, and skin care products to add to her father's repertoire and has built an extremely loyal following. Jane currently employs 6 people, including her two sons!

Has the thought ever crossed your mind... Is there MORE to Life than this?
I knew I was destined for something GREAT in life. I knew my purpose was to do something other than what I was doing, but I couldn’t put my finger on it.
You see, three weeks before my 22nd Birthday, I went to the Emergency Room with severe chest pain. They had found a mass wedged between my heart and my lung which had caused my lung to collapse. This mass turned out to be Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and they gave me a 55% chance of surviving.
My life forever changed in that moment and my experience of going through the fight of my life gave me new meaning and purpose. I was given a second chance because I had a purpose in life.
Tune in to hear her amazing story!

Joining me from Australia at 3pm est is Danielle Dobson:
I'm a speaker, facilitator, author, corporate advisor and mother, with an extensive background in corporate finance and then in the wellness industry.
Now, I'm on a mission: to help bring more gender equality to society and our workplaces, by breaking the Gender Code.
What do I mean by the Gender Code? I'm talking about that default set of beliefs which tells us that men are naturally providers, and women are naturally carers. It's the reason our society hasn't been designed with gender balance in mind, and why women are still carrying the lion's share of the parenting load, while also trying to achieve at work and then failing to somehow 'have it all'.
A few years ago I identified a lot of parents were struggling with stress and overwhelm as they tried to juggle work and family priorities. In the interest of being able to understand the needs of my wellness clients better, and my own struggles, I conducted a two-year research project interviewing over 50 women (and a few men) in leadership roles across a diverse range of industries.
The results of my research formed the basis for my book, Breaking the Gender Code, and now I use these findings and insights to help organisations unlock the potential of the women already on their teams, and attract the right female talent in the future.
I also help empower women to rewrite their own code for life, by releasing the pressures we're dealing with caused by the Gender Code, and creating the life they want, on their own terms.

We either forgot how to feel it because we went through some serious stuff or we never felt it. Mostly because every time we got an opportunity to, we were brought down by haters or horrible men or our shameful society and began to second guess our very being.

In today’s world, success can mean many things. In the book, “Accelerate,” authors, Ziz Abdur Ra’oof, and Lil Barcaski take young students through a series of concepts and exercises to help them explore what kind of future they imagine for themselves.
How can I find a mentor? How can I turn a hobby into a career? What is my superpower? “Accelerate” poses and helps answer these kinds of important questions.
The years spent in high school and college can be difficult and challenging but when students have a game plan and an understanding of who they truly are and what they want to achieve, it can be a great experience.
