Bowtie Bios is the show where we talk with America's top real estate agents across the country about what makes them successful in their businesses and everywhere else. We focus on eight key points for each individual, bringing you their quotes to live by, habits, behaviors, systems, thinking, experiences, ideas, and resources. Your host, Alexander Brandau IV is a top-ranking real estate agent in Nashville, Tennessee with an extensive background in real estate as well as speaking engagements on real estate and business. The show is called "Bowtie Bios" because the bow tie is part of the Alexander Brandau Partners brand, which helps us stand out in our community and in our growing agent network across the country. Also, the eight key points of the show just so happen to relate to the eight key points of the bow tie!

Seth is an award winning broker in the top 1% of real estate agents nationwide. Three years ago, Seth joined Keller Williams with his team, the LevinKong Team- after 13 years at another top Manhattan real estate firm. At his previous company, Seth earned company-wide rankings as high as #13 and #18 out of more than 5,000 agents and the highest award level, the Pinnacle Award. Seth and his partner, David Kong, are active members of the Agent Leadership Council in their KW Tribeca office. Since affiliating with Keller Williams NYC, their team has been ranked number one. Seth has also been a prominent member of the company's Luxury Division and is a featured speaker, and often quoted real estate expert.
A true advocate for his clients, Seth's marketing and negotiating tact put him at the top of his field. For more than a decade and a half, Seth has earned a reputation for achieving record-breaking prices for his sellers and finding strong value and investment opportunities for his buyers. Karen has a Master’s degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and a Bachelor’s degree from Stephens College in Columbia, MO. Karen and her business partner Lizzy Conroy launched Community Charity Champions to raise funds for local nonprofit groups. Karen attributes her life worth living to God, her husband Andy, children Drew and Callie, her family, and countless friends and business associates.

This episode of Bowtie Bios features Cynthia Froid from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Cynthia has been selling condos and lofts along the Mississippi River since the market since the late 1990's and has consistently ranked as one of the top agents in the area. Cynthia and her small team have sold 8 of the top 10 most expensive properties recorded in downtown Minneapolis. she has recently been awarded the exclusive sales for the brand new Four Seasons Private Residences which will open in early 2022. She is married with two teenage sons, loves camping, kayaking, downhill skiing, and scuba diving. She also speaks French and loves to travel!
