We have a finite number of times around the sun my friend-make it intentional and make it authentic. This podcast is about giving you the tools you need to live your best life. I will also have some of the leading thinkers, girl bosses, and world changers as my guests. Let’s do this.

Have you ever noticed how quickly your mind can jump to the worst-case scenario?
In this Mindset Moment, I’m sharing a personal story that completely changed the way I think about my thoughts. I’ll talk about what I learned from a panic attack, why our minds sometimes create stories that aren’t true, and how both neuroscience and Scripture teach us that we don’t have to believe every thought that enters our minds.
We’ll explore what it means to “take every thought captive,” why we should let peace be the umpire in our lives, and how we can intentionally train our minds toward truth instead of fear.
Remember… you’re not your thoughts. You’re the one who decides which thoughts get your attention.
I hope this episode encourages you to lead your mind with truth, wisdom, and peace.

Have you ever felt like you were carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders?
In this episode, we dive into one of the most powerful leadership stories in the Bible—when Moses became weary during battle and Aaron and Hur stepped in to hold up his arms. We’ll explore what this teaches us about faith, personal development, resilience, self-care, and the courage to ask for help. Because sometimes the strongest thing you can do isn’t to keep pushing—it’s to let someone help you carry the weight.
If you’re walking through a difficult season, this episode is a reminder that you’re not meant to fight every battle alone.

Here’s something that’s incredibly freeing once you realize it:
No one cares as much as you think they do.
Dale Carnegie talked about this years ago. If you’re in a group picture, who’s the first person you look for?
Yourself.
Everyone else does the exact same thing.
Most people aren’t spending their day judging what you’re wearing, what you’re posting, or whether you stumbled over your words in a meeting. They’re thinking about their own lives.
So stop holding yourself back because you’re worried about what other people might think.
Apply for the job.
Start the business.
Wear the outfit.
Post the video.
Raise your hand.
Because the truth is, most people are too busy thinking about themselves to spend much time thinking about you.
Don’t let imagined opinions stop you from living the life you’re called to live.

My guest today, Johnny Campbell, CEO and co-founder of SocialTalent, has developed training content that millions of recruiters around the world have listened to. In this conversation, he shares why humility and curiosity are the true superpowers of leadership. In this episode, I sit down with author Joe Lalley to talk about his bold new book- Questions To Learn- a reframe on how we design, decide, and move forward in today’s world of life, work, and asking ourselves, and others, the right questions to get to the right answers.
We unpack the power of disruptive thinking, why AI is forcing us to rethink everything from scratch, and how asking better, deeper questions leads to better, more sustainable answers.
Joe challenges the assumption that things need to be done a certain way just because that’s how they’ve always been done — and invites us to stop leading with habit and start leading with intention.
If you’re ready to shift from default mode to design mode, this conversation will light something up in you.

In this episode of Live Your Authentic Life, I’m pulling back the curtain on what real leadership looks like. Not the polished corporate fluff—but the raw, unforgettable traits that shift cultures, shake rooms, and make people feel seen. These are the leaders who change lives without needing a spotlight.
I’m naming names and telling the truth. The ones who showed up at funerals without being asked. The ones who gave me permission to challenge everything—and even fail. The ones who were the same person behind closed doors as they were in front of a crowd. These people didn’t just lead teams—they led with soul.
If you’ve ever been impacted by someone who led with courage, empathy, or unshakable integrity… or if you’re becoming that kind of leader yourself… this one’s personal. Let’s go.

From interning at the White House to navigating a season of survival work, Zeke’s story is a testament to the quiet strength it takes to keep showing up with purpose when life doesn’t go as planned.
Born in Nigeria and shaped by profound personal loss, Zeke built a career that should have opened every door—yet found himself face to face with a hiring system that too often misses the depth behind the résumé.
This episode is about more than work—it’s about calling, identity, and what it means to hold on to who you are, even when the world can’t quite place you.

In this episode, I dive into the truth about grit—what it really means, how it’s built, and why the messy middle is where your strength is forged.
From diamonds formed under pressure to clay hardened by fire, we explore how adversity refines us. I share personal stories from growing up with a single mom, navigating scarcity, and learning how to adapt, pivot, and get sharp.
Grit isn’t something you’re born with—it’s earned in the fire. And once you’ve got it, it becomes your superpower.

Let’s talk about the moment you realize: you’re not the problem — the situation is. This episode is for anyone who’s been overlooked, or stuck in spaces where they’ve had to dim their light to make others comfortable.
I break down what to do when you know it’s time to move on — not because you’re broken, but because you’ve outgrown the room. From speaking up to shifting your energy, I walk through six things you can do right now to regain momentum and stop second-guessing yourself.
Sometimes the healthiest move you can make is realizing: it’s not me — it’s you.

Let’s talk about your circle — the real one. The people who’d show up at 3AM, no questions asked. Because if they can’t ride for you in the dark, they don’t deserve a seat in your light.
In this episode, we’re digging into what your relationships are really made of. From the ones who go silent when you’re struggling to the ones who show up with fake smiles and hidden motives — we’re calling it all out. We’ll talk Trojan horses, Hunger Games betrayals, and the people watching your life like it’s a show, but never calling to check in.
And then we’ll flip the script: whose list are you on?
Because at the end of the day, all that really matters is who you love — and who loves you back when it counts.
