Wow, what an extraordinary experience it was interviewing this living legend! We touched on SO many important aspects of life and are so grateful we were able to connect with him.

He was a physical education teacher, became the first American born Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Relson Gracie, owned and taught at two gyms - Maxercise in Philadelphia PA and the first Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu School in the Eastern US, lost everything, traveled as a nomad for 15 years, and became a leading force in online personal training. At 67 years old, he is still absolutely thriving and leading by example in regards to his physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Here are some of the subjects we touched on: - Steve’s mission and his story - How our thoughts create our reality - Fear, our biggest enemy - Injuries - Relationships - The importance of presence - How to train smart (this was SO important to hear) - The most important lesson he’s learned on his life journey thus far
