Prior to leaving corporate America she served as District Director for Junior Achievement of the Bay Area and was responsible for supporting the organization in its annual 3.5-million-dollar operating budget through corporate and individual giving and managed a district advisory board of C-Suite Executives. She’s also skilled in building teams through behavioral management assessment-based trainings, developing over 4500 leaders within a ten-year span. She is a Prosci Change Management practitioner, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and certified Diversity Equity and Inclusion practitioner.
