On 5 August 2019 a lockdown (after the Centre revoked Jammu & Kashmir’s special status) was yet to get over when another lockdown this year was enforced by the government in Indian administered Kashmir. It is lockdown inside lockdown or double lockdown with school, colleges shut and business establishments closed.
