Leela rushes to save her husband from the gunmen only to discover the Time Meddler. She discovers his evil plan and is reunited with Andred.
The Doctor and Leela find themselves in a time loop and attempt to use the TARDIS to break free while Andred and Pausanius find the Time Meddler only to be taken out into the street to be shot.
Leela sets off to save Pausanius, but they find themselves in a trap set by the Time Meddler and Leela is trapped in her own past.
After escaping the gunmen in the saloon, they go back to the TARDIS only for Pausanias and Andred to be siezed by a lynch mob
After being sent on a mission by President Borusa, they find themselves in 1870s Virginia City.
