with achievements such as dance background of ten years, a black belt in taekwondo, in her last year of study as a physiotherapist & a novice powerlifter with a deadlift of 115kg in the under60kg bodyweight category Alycia is a force to be reckoned with. she has an unbreakable mindset and next level determination.
as one of the only women who is not in the circus that i know can 4 ball juggle. Alycia works predominately with females and is passionate about educating them on how to train, specifically around there menstrual cycle.
