Mark 11:22 - 24.. Let the faith of God be in you. If anyone says to this mountain with great faith, and having no doubt, 'Mountain, be lifted up and thrown into the sea'. and believes that what he says will happen, it will be done.
Most times we say we believe, but we don't act. That's not faith, it's hope. It's wishing it were so. It's looking at it from a distance.
Faith draws us in.. and we begin to act on it.
Ps 20: 1-3.. We must understand this prayer of victory. In the day of trouble, the Lord sees me, pays attention to me, responds to me.. And even more He speaks over me and sings over me..
We must understand that God declares and testifies and bears witness over us. In our day of trouble the Lord is proactive.
David was a man after Gods own heart. He went through betrayal and tribulations and still focused on God. He was able to move past the rejection and was able to hold onto the promises and word of God to him.
What are some secrets of David's heart that allowed him to accomplish what God wanted?
The fact the enemy attacks us shows us that we matter. If we weren't a threat to him he wouldn't bother with us.
We are anointed for certain battles and destinies. The battles we have are because we are opposed by by whatever we are anointed for.
We are anointed for something. We are anointed to be a gateway and an access point for the world to encounter the Kingdom of God.
Victor shares about the treasure in the field and giving up everything for it. This treasure includes the promises in his word and the prophecies we have been given.
Paul says, "I havent achieved it yet, but I run with passion for the goal set before me, forgetting what is behind, so that nothing hinders me."
Pastor Victor looks at Abraham in his travels and the altars he built when he encountered God. Our challenge is to build on the altars of our lives which are the eternal promises that God gives us.
Nicole shares from Hebrews 12:1-12
about discipline and training in a Christians Life.
Discipline is an invitation to share the Fathers Holiness. It is being brought into alignment with his will. A sure sign of the Father's care for us is his discipline.
Victor shares that the real spiritual warfare is between us and Satan. He is jealous of who we are. His only weapon is keeping us ignorant . We battle as Paul reminded his son Timothy in 1 Tim 1:18 by keeping with the prophecies that were first spoken over us and declaring what God has for us.
Victor shares from John 11 where Jesus waited another two days before resurrecting his good friend Lazarus.
Why? because of his disciples! Jesus wanted them to learn deeper truths about himself. That it's not just about a relationship but it's communing with the one who is in you continually.
God is always ready and willing to heal us. Everything was paid for 2000 years ago on the cross. It is our own understanding of what we have access to that limits us.
The quickest way to solve your problems is to help others solve their problems because when you become self absorbed the laws of grace stop working in your life.
Nicole shares a tool to help everyone meditate regularly on God and his word using the fingers of your hands.
Victor speaks on the curses that come through altars that we make through the generations in the Western Church that need to be broken by us as Christians
Ephesians 1: 1 - 12.. We are made Holy because Jesus made us Holy. His Gift to us is 'all that Heaven contains'.
We praise God in the good times but we need to praise even more in the hard times. It is then that your praise becomes a sacrifice because it is crushed people who ooze with the oil of his presence. If you praise in all circumstances then your enemy will not know how to attack you.
Don't separate your children out from what we are doing. Your children need to be a part of what is happening.
Why doesn't stuff happen when we pray? Jesus said do these things "in my name", you need to have the character of Christ.
Mark 6:45, The wind was against the boat and he could see they were in trouble. Jesus had to walk through their storm before getting into the boat.
Exodus 33:19,Show me Your glory. I will make my goodness pass by you. A picture of the trinity.
The presence of trouble does not mean the absence of God because you would never have needed a solution if you never had a problem. Nothing that comes against you is meant to destroy you but to give you a testimony and you will never be without a helper. Remember not every closed door is locked.
Victor shares from Psalm 46 :10-11. To surrender anxiety, be silent and Stop striving. Be aware that the enemy uses your anxious and negative thoughts against you. The ability to praise God despite the results is true maturity. God will have the victory.
Victor shares from Mark Chap 9 and how the meeting Jesus had with Moses and Elijah was in preparation for his next assignment. Our confrontations are opportunities to propel us to the next level.
It is more important to look for the healer than to look for healing.
Favor means something may have been free for you but someone will have had to pay the price.
God asked Abraham to give his greatest treasure "Isaac" and in return he gave us His greatest treasure "Jesus". Because He has already given us His best why would he hold back on giving the rest ie: healing, prosperity, deliverance, freedom etc.
Luke 2:25 Simion was moved to be in the temple at just the right time. Anna worshiped in the temple day and night and had done so for 84 years. They were both able to take hold of Gods promise in infant form. We need to be connected to what the spirit is doing, staying close.
We need to develop spiritual discipline and continuously fan the flame of our spirit. All spiritual gifts are given in seed form and need to be nurtured so don't minimize the gift you have been given but feed it and it will grow.
Victor shares from Hebrews6:9 that we have as well as salvation an abundant life that accompanies it. The question is why don't we see it. Victor reminds us that we have both the Paracletos (work of the Holy Spirit) in and through us accompanied by Angelic Minsitry dealing with the environment around us in our favour (Heb1:14)
Victor shares from 1 Peter 1:1-4. God gives us his grace liberally but what we do with this grace is based on our knowledge. The knowledge we need is to understand and participate in his divine nature.
Victor shares from John 3:16 about God's love and how Jesus as the Light of the world brought order back into chaos
Victor shares how we are called but it can be imparted in many ways.To walk in our calling we can expect challenges and troubles but that enables us to go from Glory to glory.
Victor shares from Luke the story of Mary chosen as the Mother of Jesus and receiving favour in our lives.
Victor explains why the people had to wait for God's King David 1 Sam 16. God is preparing your heart and your gifting for his full anointing.
Victor shares from 2 Chronicles 20:20 Believe in the Lord your God and you will be established. Believe his prophets and you shall prosper. Listening and acting on prophecy will enable you to receive breakthrough and overcome your obstacles.
Pastor Victor shares from John 4 Woman at the Well. Jesus redirects the woman from a place of worship to a person of worship v23. Truth is how closely something matches the original source and God the Father is the original source of truth. We demonstrate truth when we demonstrate the nature of the Father.
First Pastor Victor shares about heaven being in another dimension which is outside of us but available and gives us a larger perspective on life.
Second he continues on the study of angels and their assignments. Angels help us to change the environment around us.
Victor shares from Rev3:20-21 behold I stand at the door and knock refers to our hearts. Its an invitation to greater intimacy. Also Ecc 11 We need to follow the Wind (of the Spirit) not the winds and the clouds (circumstances).
Victor explains from 1 Cor12 that the gifts described there were only a few of the many spiritual gifts available to us. Romans 12 outlines some others. The key to all spiritual gifts is that they are for service to the body.
This is the story of David vs Goliath as you've never heard it before. Taken from 1 Samuel 17 Victor explains that when David reminded himself of the promises of God and who he was in God than nothing could defeat him.
Victor shares from Psalm 119:18 David prays that he may see the wonders hidden in his word. Spiritual sight is what we should be seeking. Faith is only the gate. Once you enter you see. Jesus always saw what he is father is doing. We need to pray that we just don't believe he is working but we can see what he is doing.
Victor shares from Psalm 118:5 that no matter what the issues or anguish we are suffering when we cry to the Father he will bring us into a broad place or set us free, no matter whether its our fault or not. He places greater value on you then your actions.
Nicole shares from Luke 1 and Mark 1 about John the Baptist and our calling to be part of the Nazarite generation that is so in tune with God that we turn the hearts of the children back to their father in heaven.
Your affliction is not your identity, you may have stuffed up but your name is not stuff up.
Pastor Isaccs talks about a resetting of identities, a reactivation of callings and all of the families new names. A sermon is a one off speech but a message is a lifetime demonstration.
Nothing missing, nothing broken, perfect in every way. I'm just to big(fat) for my problems. Prayer for the children.
When Jesus walked the earth he could only be in one place at a time but we now have Holy Spirit who can be with us all.
From now on Charles and Nicole Lambalika will be known as Pastor Victor Charles Isaccs and Mama Nicole Isaccs.
Charles explains why God has a place for all of us to remain. He expands on the application of Acts 1:3-4
This was an amazing meeting of salvations, healing and deliverance. Charles also speaks on John3:6 Flesh gives birth to flesh but Spirit gives birth to spirit. We are 100% flesh and 100% spirit, we need to be totally trained and immersed in being spirit as we are flesh.
In 3 John1:2 John prays that we will prosper in every way and have good health. Success glorifies God. Charles prays for generational assignments and curses to be broken.
We need to change our belief systems to live the life we were meant to live and that includes seeing ourselves as stewards of all heaven's riches.Charles expounds of the story of the young rich ruler in Matthew 19.
Ecc9:11 Ability to prosper and have breakthroughs is by time and chance. This means its decided by God not by us.We need to align our lives and purposes with his. Also we need to be aligned in between seasons. Preparing for the next season.
Charles talks about our destiny to be prosperous and wealthy. This began from Creation when God made us in his likeness. Its part of his covenant to make you wealthy. This is a sign that you are his sons and daughters.
Deut 8:4-10 talks about God looking after us so that we are supernaturally blessed and provided for.
Charles shares that with every problem God has given you everything you need to meet it.
The Shunamite woman in 2 Kings4 had a little oil and God multiplied it. the question is only our limitation to believe that he can do what he says he will do.
We have to be in synch with who we really are. The one God created. Acts 17:28 You can be because of who he is. Lack of peace is when we are being someone we're not and missing what he has for us.
Charles gives testimony to God's favour and uses the story of Esther to show how it works.
Acts 1:8 uses the Greek word lambano for receiving God's Power which means to seize or get hold of. We have to be moreproactive and passionate in pursuing God's Power. Power has many meanings, this includes controlling dynasties and creating wealth.
Nicole gives testimony of God working in her life and family and the conviction who and Charles have for the church to grow and be a light for the community in this area. The call is to now go from good to great.
We need to be filled with the Holy Spirit every day, not just occasionally. The Holy Spirit empowers by wearing you like a glove and acting through you. God can give you a willing spirit, just ask.
God is a relational God and we were created for relationship. He wants to be involved in all aspects of our lives. We need to live in the company of the trinity. Anointing is a gift but we hear much better through a well developed relationship.
When prophesying don't try to complicate things, God will speak to you the same way he normally speaks to you. The idea is to bless people.
There is a difference between old testament and new testament prophets. The difference between a false prophet and someone who makes a mistake.
Prophecy means God speaks and Isabel talks about how we hear the voice of God. Isabel talks about a safety net in the area of prophecy. Do not use objects to prophesy.
The gift of prophecy is second only to the gift of love. Your character is more important than the gift, you cannot afford to have a double character.
Don't run from something, run to someone (Jesus).
How do you measure success? Remember fruit can take time to mature. Don't measure your success by looking at someone else.
We are meant to have a relationship with the Father, the Son and Holy Spirit and are made to experience the Grace, Fellowship and Love of God every day.
We are called to be a safe place for one another as well as the community. We are not made to be judged by other peoples standards.
The church has become to self focused. If revival to us has just become about going to meetings and feeling the buzz of Holy Spirit then we have missed the point.
The Holy Spirit is always moving, either towards you or past you, its up to you. Testimonies of Korea, the after effects of war and absent fathers.
The call of God on our lives is to run from the lusts of our youth and chase after all that is pure, 2 Timothy 2:22
Paul converted people in Caesar's household (Phil 4:22). It didn't matter the circumstances. (He was on trial for his death) He chose to live for something greater than himself. We must do the same. Kingdom of heaven is the treasure in the field and we must give up everything we have to find it otherwise we will lose everything.
Nicole shares how her love for her African kids and their lostness is a glimpse of how God feels for his lost kids. But God is relentless in bringing them home just like in the parable of the lost sheep and the prodigal son show the tender and loving God he his.
Sheryll describes the uniqueness of Jesus; who he is and his characteristics. The question is though doe we know him as these things. Jesus can be different things to us for different situations. We need fresh encounters, an injection of awe as we reflect on him. She asks the church to do an activity of reflecting on who God is for you.
Africa, Harvest, how strong is your passion for the gospel. God can do more with your life than you ever can.
Charles gives a word explaining how God uses our trials to launch us to higher points.
Nicole share from Psalm3:8 about our True hero, the Lord my saviour. Nicole explains how our armour in Ephesians6 prepares us as superheroes.
In Zechariah10:1 the question seems superfluous but Charles explains that seasons indicate what God is doing, which gives you confidence to contend for what should be happening in that season. He is looking for aligned hearts. Also ask some questions to why and demand some answers!
Charles shares from Mark 11:12 -14 concerning the curse of fig tree out of season. The challenge is to be the first fruit which is the most precious. Hosea 9: 10 God is looking for an unexpected, special delight from his people like Grapes in the wilderness.
Charles had a revelation of going to work with his Father before he led church. The Father wants to reveal to his children all his ways. We need to know his ways to change us from the inside and then our works will be so much better.
You are not a mistake. God made you with a plan and a purpose. Just like Bezalel in Exodus 31 God is very particular and precise about who he chooses.
Last week Charles talked about a measure of faith. Today he looks at using the faith we have. He also looks at The Holy Spirit's part in this as we are furnished with his Spirit when he comes upon us.
We have a measure of faith and we have all we need for life and Godliness. We have also been anointed for the task by the power of the Holy Spirit. What's left? To activate your faith and the Kingdom is right behind you.
We have been anointed with God's Spirit in us and upon us. Luke 4:18
We are anointed for good works. Lets believe and go out and do it.
Charles shares from Hebrews 4:9. The offer still stands to enter his rest. The time is clear in verse 7, Its today. Live in rest based on his salvation rather than striving. When we rest and live naturally in his presence, the supernatural will flow out.
Jesus has fulfilled every requirement for us to receive our destiny and calling. The higher the calling, the deeper you have to go. You need great foundations for a higher building. Ask God what is it that is hindering that work in you.
Trust is the bedrock of what makes relationships work. We project the things we learn from our parents as young children onto God.
God speaks through pictures to engage our emotions. The symbols in a dream are personal to the dreamer, what the symbol means to you.
Favor, Relationships and Influence.
Favor is a free gift that you don't have to work for and is most recognizable when you had to start from the bottom. Favor is a by product of wisdom and of relationships.
Your gifting is meant to be the door knob that opens the door into your destiny.
Charles continues to talk about Kingdom Finances, resources and time.
We need to leave an inheritance for our children. We can disciple nations by creating wealth. We need to adopt our communities and ask the father how we can bless those around us.
Based on Malachi 4:5-6. before the great day of the Lord he wants to bring healing and reconciliation. When we have been wounded in relationships, we can only be healed through relationships. The key is the father- son relationship starting with God and us. We must confront our hurts or they will just keep following us until we do because the father is very nice and persists with us.
