Ryan is joined in studio by 1/3rd of the Pro Wrestling Ontario management team Andy Martin aka The Grinder Mark Shaw. Andy joins us for a very insightful look at the independent wrestling industry explaining his take on what helps a company grow, how important collaboration can be and the work that must go in before collaborating. In November 2019, Ryan joined Ben Ortmanns at his wrestling school, Cross Body Pro Wrestling. They talked about Ben's history in the wrestling industry, how involved he gets while running a show, and what he learned from Kenny Omega.

Rogan talks all about the struggles of Covid depression, the mental toll it takes as well as different coping mechanisms to help get through.
