Giving you some tips about job interview prep. Being prepared for a job interview is important. You go to such extent to have the perfect resume now fine tune your interview.
Corrine has done a recent poll on LinkedIn to highlight this situation. After a contact reached out to ask “ I apply to a job had the first interview went amazing. Now I haven’t heard from them. Why? And what should I do?” I explained to them the term “Ghosting” they had been in shock! So this inspired me to poll my network of 30 thousand professionals from all around the world.
So many of them have shared a similar story. Ghosting is not the applicants fault! Often what has occurred is a change in role, or that the person who called is overwhelmed in there role and unable to call back. Corrine in this podcast provides the tip she gave to her contact on how to tackle this situation.
