Through battling an army of germs, who reveal themselves as a bacterial infection the snot squad learn the difference between bacteria, fungi, and viruses. Yet, the victory is short-lived as the Boogzilla returns, and Noseferatu seizes the microchip paving the way for an impending Snotaggedon!

Mr Snotbottom and Samantha discover that the Professor’s attempt to create an AI booger has gone terribly wrong, creating an army of zombie boogers led by the menacing, Noseferatu. To stop the impending mucus apocalypse, they must locate and destroy the AI's microchip. However, their mission takes an unexpected turn when they encounter a gruesome gooey gargantuan – The Boogzilla!
