This is a mental health podcast that is created purposely to enlighten my listeners about their thoughts, emotions, psychological state, and social well being and how just our thoughts can influence all of this, including our behaviors. We also talk about mental health disorders, personality disorders, mood disorders and other disorders that directly affect who we are.
Depression is highly misunderstood! Yet it affects 1 in 4 people. Before we talk about the symptoms, lets clarify how depression feels like, both to the care giver and the person suffering from depression and the care giver. So how does depression feel like?
