If you're looking for successful marketing campaigns, then you need to check out this episode. The Yonder Agency Special Sauce is designed to help you get the results you're looking for.

"As long as local businesses have the tools that Nike and all these people have, they're going to be unstoppable."

Chris Thomas is the founder of Yonder Agency, a marketing agency that helps businesses grow by providing simple marketing tools and strategies. Chris has over 20 years of experience in marketing, product development, and UX design and has helped companies like Nike, Callaway Golf, and Walmart grow their businesses.

This is Chris Thomas's story...

I'm Chris Thomas, the founder of Yonder agency. Three years ago, I used to work in a corporate office, wearing a suit every day. My job was to come up with ideas and grow them into sellable products. We would build apps and try to sell them to big companies like Walmart and Apple. But I realized that the marketing agencies we were working with had no guarantee of results. They couldn't tell us how much money we would make back from our investment. I was tired of the corporate world and the marketing rat race, so I decided to start my own agency. I launched it in 2019 and started working with local businesses. I helped one barbecue restaurant grow 43% in just 60 days. My goal now is to help medium to large businesses grow even more..

In this episode, you will learn the following:

  1. How Chris Thomas went from working in a corporate job to starting his own marketing agency

  2. How Yonder Agency helps businesses grow by using simple marketing tools

In a world of centralized control, one woman's journey to build a crypto community teaches her the importance of balance between rebel and establishment.

"The community gives it its value."

Michelle Robinson is a cryptocurrency expert and the founder of Cryptocrate. She has been involved in the crypto community for over five years and is passionate about helping others learn about and use cryptocurrency.

This is Michelle Robinson's story...

Michelle Robinson has been involved in the crypto space for 5 years and has seen the industry grow and change. She shares her story of how she got interested in crypto, starting with hearing about it from a family member in 2013. She then got into 3D printing and saw how crypto was being used to pay for things in that industry. In 2017, a friend gave her some bitcoin, and she finally got interested in the space. She then started managing the Utah Bitcoin Community. In 2019, she partnered with a friend to do a crypto-themed balloon festival, which was a success. She believes that regulation is necessary in the crypto industry but that there needs to be a balance between centralized and decentralized control.

In this episode, you will learn the following:

  1. Michelle Robinson's experiences with cryptocurrency, including her involvement with the Utah Bitcoin Community

  2. The concept of partnerships in business and how they can be beneficial or not

  3. The importance of community in driving the value of cryptocurrency

Summaries:

1) Troy Meister is hosting a podcast with Bobby Glenn James today. Troy Meister has been thinking about audience building lately. They will talk about branding with Michelle. Stampedeme.com is where you go to get your free marketing dashboard.

2) Michelle was born in the city, and she's been in the crypto space for about five years now. She's been involved with the community and now with her business. Michelle loves cooking, gardening and boring things like that. She was born on a sidewalk in a city.

3) In 2013 when she was working as a nanny. She heard about bitcoin. She fell in love with the space. In 2017, one of her friends gave her $500 worth of bitcoin. He has been in the Crypto space since 2013 and he was mining and everything. The Utah bitcoin community has been around since 2013. started almost ten years ago.

4) Cryptocrate is a bootstrapped startup built by Michelle. She has never had a partnership with the business, but she could see where it could be a possibility in the future. She had a great success with the collaboration with the Balloon Festival. In order for something to be adopted, there needs to be trust in it, and people need to get exposed to it. Marketing always boils down to know like trust. The other cool thing about Crypto and NFTs and stuff like that is that it's community driven.

5) Some of the more successful cryptocurrencies are letting a little bit of regulation come in. Michelle is torn between her original rebel side of why she loves crypto and the need to have balance with both. In crypto and the blockchain, everybody can see anything and everything that's going on. If I go look at somebody's etherscan and I can see exactly what their wallet is doing.

6) People are being inspired to be responsible for the success of their own money. People are taking responsibility for the overall health of the financial system. GameStop is a good example. Netflix could have its own community.

7) In business. There are some good companies that make a lot of money and some evil ones that make lots of money by doing not so good things.

8) Cryptocrate is a company that provides gift boxes with crypto-themed items for clients. Michelle explains to the audience why she started. Entrepreneurship is a lot of work, and there are ups and downs. But the secret to success is not to quit.

Deciding to offer this service to other businesses was the perfect fit for me. Through my experience, I have come to realize some of the struggles that small-business owners have, trying to keep up with it all.

Listen to her story and just like us, here at Stampede, you will come to know, like, and trust her.

Robin Thieme - KBS

Hi, my name is Robin Thieme, founder and CEO of KBS. Since I can remember, I’ve had a passion for inventions and ingenuity, which is complimented by a love of team sports. I have always felt a deep reward from being part of a team, and the success made possible through skill, dedication, practice, communication, and teamwork.

According to the U.S. Small Business Administration, nearly half of all businesses shut down within their first five years. This is often because owners try to go at it alone, and hit fatal roadblocks such as inadequate cash flow, sticky payment systems, or poor distribution. Because of my technology background, combined with a deep understanding of business operations, I am able to identify current and upcoming operational growth bottlenecks. Working as a team, with trusted, skilled, dedicated KBS team members, our clients have a much better shot at sustaining, growing, and profiting.

Since starting KBS in 2004, we have had the privilege of getting hundreds of new businesses off the ground. I am thankful for their trust and confidence, and I sincerely look forward to the future opportunities that will come our way.

In the spirit of teamwork.

Amy has extensive experience in the disability community from having a sister with a disability, being a special education teacher and working in job development and placement.

She has a unique view of people with disabilities in that they can accomplish anything if given the chance and time and that is what she advocates for daily.

She has witnessed the struggle from both sides, the prospective employees as well as the employers and has seen the need for company wide training and support in order to truly include people with disabilities in the workforce successfully.

She has seen businesses miss out on the benefits of hiring people with disabilities because they didn’t have the tools and support to overcome the challenges.

This led her to create a customized experience that helps businesses reach their diversity and inclusion goals while providing customized solutions, and tangible results, that are cost effective and easy to implement.

Imagine, creating a work culture where people with disabilities are truly accepted and valued and can help you grow your business by being exemplary employees who will stick with you through thick and thin and bring a unique perspective to all aspects of your business.

Ashley Oswald: Oswald Digestive Clinic

Just because something is great does not mean that there is not room to improve. In the “western” form of medicine there has been massive progress in healing due to specialization. These specializations allow expertise to be cultivated in narrow fields so patterns can be recognized and the best solutions brought to a health problem. This way of health works and works more often than not. Of course, the narrowness of the specialties does create a medical field where gaps can appear when the problems, as they often are, are found in multiple areas. There is no area in the body where it’s systems converge more than in the gut and in digestion.

Introducing Ashley Oswald: As a young girl, Ashley learned first hand just how interruptive and painful poor digestion can be. In today’s show we learn her story and how youthful difficulties of yesteryear brought her wisdom and knowledge that she uses to bring value to those in need today.

Literally at gut-level, with years of schooling in nutrition science, working at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s hospital and other health care settings, Ashley and her team at the Oswald Digestive Clinic follow their passion in helping and healing others from the complex digestive symptoms that they are experiencing.

Katie Labedz: Learning to Lean

You may be someone who has set a goal. Most people have. Businesses set them all the time. Achieving those goals usually boils down to systems. In business or outside of it, systems are the things that, over and over, bring consistent success. Success is success, right? Unfortunately, sometimes success comes with a price tag that is too large to pay. Sometimes our systems make our success more like failures. Wouldn’t it be nice to know someone who could help us make sure that does not happen?

Introducing Katie Labedz: Katie says that most of our systems have a lot of waste in them. Her story is the story so often found in entrepreneurs. She had talent and skills and was working in the corporate world when a mentor saw in her something special. The mentor mentioned the lean business model and how it aligned with her vision of how businesses could improve themselves.

Like the proverbial duck to water, Katie took to the challenge and is now a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt a Project Management Pro and certified instructor and facilitator in guiding businesses to improve their processes and embark an creating a culture of continuous improvement so that when business succeed it is at a price that they can afford.

In today’s show, Katie talks about her story and about how these models, so effective and popular in the manufacturing world, can be and need to be used in non-manufacturing businesses, especially because, in such, their systems are less clear and road blocks, bottlenecks and waste are harder to identify and correct.

Allison Roberts & Dr Denis: Fastercise

Imagine yourself as a new mother. You have a job you are heading back to. You have kids and a family. You have church and community. You also have extra weight. What you don’t have is a lot of time. You “weigh” your priorities and losing that extra weight looks like it is going to be the lowest priority of all things you have to get done. Right?

Introducing Allison Roberts and her father, Dr. Denis Wilson: They are the co-founders of Fastercise. As a new mother, Allison found herself in the situation mentioned above. She considered resigning herself to having to carry the extra weight for a while. Instead, however, she turned to her father for help. Her father, a world-renowned lecturer, training doctors all over the world on how to treat their patients with a special time-release technology for a variety of illnesses, had some ideas for her. Dr. Denis spent over 30 years helping folks solve challenging metabolic illnesses and had discovered that the body has systems built in that can guide almost anybody into better health. He wrote a book called, “The Power of Fastercise” that used signaling exercises to rapidly improve health.

Allison used her father’s system--all while working and having a family--and within 8 months had not only lost the weight but was able to rank in a body-building competition. They and others began to prove over and over again just how powerful, easy and enlightening it is when we know how the body operates and can “signal” or communicate with it to get to the health we need and desire. All this, using a handy mobile app that guides us in exercises that take about 5 minutes a day!!

Have you ever found a really great mechanic shop? You know, the one where you send your whole family too because you trust them so much? Today’s guest has a mind for systems. As a mechanic he could see how all the automobiles systems worked together. This talent, it turns out, can scale. So seeing how systems work, is a powerful gift, not just in a car, but in the shop itself and the people who come there and work there. And not just in a mechanic shop but on a car lot and in a dealership and in systems of dealerships. If you can see how it all works together you can find the areas to improve.

Introducing Paul Meijer: From mechanic to shop foreman, service manager to store manager, Paul learned the business from the ground up. He embraced customer service as his keystone to success early on. With “no job is complete until the customer is completely satisfied” as his mantra, Paul led his Midas shop to the top 15% nationally.

Paul continued to grow his career in service and then in sales, where he held high rankings as a sales professional and has led Internet sales departments.

Neil Thompson: Teach The Geek

Picture yourself in the following situation. You have spent years studying and learning a subject and are working on projects in your chosen field of study. You are asked to give a presentation on it. After preparing yourself and materials you stand to before peers, before your leaders and others. They are all gathered to hear what you have to say. With a deep breath, you start your presentation. You expected that they would be interested in what you had to say. You expected that they would be responding in any way except for how they were actually responding--with glazed yes, playing games on phones, with silent endurance until you were done. You ask yourself, what is going on?

Introducing Neil Thompson: He is an engineer, author, and founder of Teach the Geek. For several years, he worked as a product development engineer in the medical device industry. He had to give monthly presentations as part of his job. After one too many failed presentations, he knew he had to improve.

He took everything he learned in becoming better as a public speaker and created a course, Teach the Geek to Speak. He now helps engineers and scientists like himself turn their technical expertise into effective presentations.

Theresa Ortega: the Handwriting Sensei

Theresa Ortega grew up in Caracas, Venezuela and now lives here in the United States. She has pursued martial arts and mastered them and has had a martial arts store for a number of years. Ever the entrepreneur she formed a practice as a therapist and combined it with handwriting analysis. Handwriting analysis is the science of reading the clues to one’s subconscious that are marked plainly to view within one’s handwriting, if we only know how to look.

Her first exposure to handwriting analysis was when her grandmother shared with her a 6-page handwriting analysis that she had requested. She was intrigued because her grandmother was impressed with its accuracy in describing her personality traits. She was doubly intrigued because her grandmother was known as someone who wanted you to prove everything to her.

Throughout her schooling, training and life she stayed connected to the field of study and read up on the topic sporadically. Finally, in 2003 she began to study it in-depth and has continued studying it since then. Today she is known as the Handwriting Sensei

Handwriting is a perfect complement to her psychology degree. It lets her be able to assess a person quickly from a handwriting sample. This awareness then makes relating to them much easier and helps to gain her client’s trust as the insights she gains from the analysis helps the client feel that they are truly understood.

She has worked with large corporate trade shows, such as SHRM, AORN, etc.; has been part of team building systems and even been on the TED Conference Simulcast using handwriting analysis.

From Tragedy to Success: Local Immigrant Finds Success in Dallas Dallas Sun

11 May 2019, 10 GMT+10

In life, everyone faces difficulties that they must learn to overcome; though some people admittedly face more trials and tribulations than others. Qamar Zaman, a local immigrant living in Dallas, has faced his share of obstacles throughout his lifetime.

Dallas business owners stand to learn a lot from this comeback story. Qamar Zaman triumphed over being born with a disability, surviving a natural disaster and living through a car accident.

But he never let that stop him, and has become a vital part of the Dallas business community.

A Revolutionary Business Mind of Today

Bruce Lee once said, "Don't wish for an easy life. Pray for the strength to endure a difficult one."

Having a strong mentality means triumphing over difficulties. Qamar Zaman, however, says that he didn't do it without the caring help of some awesome friends.

He had the guidance of friends within Google, Microsoft and Yahoo who all contributed to his achieving the incredible success he has today, as a well-known digital marketer and storyteller.

The Natural Disaster That Nearly Took His Life

When Hurricane Ivan ravaged the Cayman Islands back in 2004, Qamar Zaman had to spend nearly 24 hours gripping the hooks within his garage so that the floodwater didn't go over his head and drown him.

Unfortunately, Zaman had nothing left in the aftermath. But the hurricane didn t take his life, nor his drive to bounce back.

It was a very scary moment for me, because I had lost everything, says Zaman.

Within two weeks Zaman decided to return to Dallas and build a new life for himself in the city he still calls home. This also marked the beginning of KISS PR.

Business Minds to Make It Happen

Resilient people will always find a way to rise above their obstacles. When Zaman returned to Dallas, he immediately began to build connections with the local businesses.

I was lucky enough to get good clients in Dallas, and those clients also became my mentors. My clients and mentors really became my growth factor, shares Zaman.

When the time came, he founded a company known as KISS PR. This company has been responsible for helping over 1500 businesses, including many in Dallas, to tell their stories. After all, getting your story heard can sometimes be the most difficult part of doing business.

Zaman has won multiple awards for his projects, and his approach has always been to rise above and beyond the fiercest of competition. This means working extra hours and doing the hard work that no one else wants to do.

When it comes to business, Qamar Zaman has walked the walk, and he has gone the extra mile to ensure that he rises to the top as one of the best in the business. His life has not always been easy, but he has risen above and conquered, and for that Dallas is lucky to have him as one of our own.

As a mindset coach, TV-show host of ‘The MOX Life Show’, and seasoned entrepreneur for 25+ years, Midori Verity assists ambitious professionals with reaching a higher level of success by replacing their subconscious mental barriers.

Midori’s proven methods evolve her clients into the vibrant leaders they were meant to be.

Midori has a degree in Communications and Sociology from UC Davis. She’s also a DISC certified Human Behavioral Specialist, personally trained by the women who created the program used by Tony Robbins and Robert Kiyosaki. You may have seen her on CBS, Fox News, and Martha Stewart.

BIG CHANGE STARTS BY TRANSFORMING YOUR MIND!

Are you running yourself into the ground trying to be everything to everyone but yourself? Most women are so detached from who they were before becoming “mom, wife, employee, etc” they have no idea who they are anymore. They feel lost.

Stressed out and spread thin, these highly ambitious women cannot find a way to feel the success they crave or stay focused.

They’re looking for a way to get simple answers to achieve success without adding another damn thing to their to-do list.

That's where I come in. I transform their lives by first transforming their minds.

It's a powerful way to help someone achieve success.

What I do for my clients isn't hocus pocus - it's science based methods, blended with 3 decades of business experience, topped with emotional support that helps women unlock their true potential and experience unbridled joy.

I'm certified in DISC, have degrees in communication and sociology from UC Davis. I am a super geek in the study of Neuroplasticity (brain science and our ability to mentally transform), and human behaviors are kinda my thing.

Here’s the deal, you can hire the most expensive coach, do all the spiritual work and write down your goals but if you continue to get trapped in negative behaviors or hit a wall there’s something fundamentally not right. I can fix that.

Sohma Rae Hathaway is an accomplished artist and author who’s budding talent was evident early in her childhood. She was raised in a home fraught with drugs, alcohol and abuse yet still became Sterling Scholar in Art amidst these challenging odds. She continued to create quality works of art during additional hardships such as divorce, cancer, death of loved ones and crippling physical pain.

Hathaway is an overcomer, whose passion is to help others transcend the pain of trials and tragedies. Her memoir called Finding Diamonds in Dungeons currently has all 5-star reviews and was nominated for an Author Academy Award. Her writing is authentic and transparent. She redefines failure and helps remove the self-destructive patterns we often cling to. Her story of resilience, forgiveness and God's miraculous love will uplift the soul and strengthen your own resolve to overcome any hardship you face.

She is the proud mother of 4 adult children and helped raise 7 other step-children as well

"I am passionate about helping others overcome trials and understand the necessity of processing pain.

I believe that if you want to break free from broken patterns in life, and transcend the pain we all experience, then shifting your mindset is essential.

Coming from the tumultuous environments I have been in, I am quite familiar with many types of pain. I moved away from home at age 17. Was married by 19 with a baby at age 20. Divorced at 21. Then before my 22nd birthday, I had my own child and 3 step-children to care for. Most of us understand that it's not the circumstance but what you do with it that counts. I also like to point out that it's not our mistakes that define us either and that there's no place low enough that God's hand can't reach us. We are all perfectly imperfect with human frailties and fixed mindsets from our past. The good news is, we have the power to overcome all that. And with God, all things are possible.

I am an artist of pen and pallet. I've always used writing and painting to express what I feel in my soul. Most scholars agree that it takes 10,000 hours to become a master at something but I was not put in an environment that would allow me to do that. I was a sterling scholar in art but received very little formal training. It is God who gave me my talents. He is the one who moves my pen and paintbrush. God gave me these gifts of creative expression to help me cope, and so I could help others move through their challenges with greater ease."

When Beethoven saw a piano, he saw a symphony. When Judy Ryan meets people, she sees the unseen beauty and truth beneath the surface and uncovers it. And that truth – the one that’s really happening under the surface – is what we all need to see. The old ways of understanding human systems aren’t working anymore – the way of superior versus inferior or management versus employee or parent versus child. They never did (not without lasting, serious, negative side effects). And our world is suffering because of this; we need a powerful, positive and sustainable transformation.

Judy’s culture transformation process and framework makes an impact that stays with people long after they learn. This is because she provides a way of being that becomes instilled in people at all ages in all roles. She translates culture evolution theory into actionable, concrete realities. She provides a new language and set of standardized professional behaviors that rely on best practices, intuition, and that push past limiting beliefs, allowing everyone to step into a powerful future. Judy’s work is her calling and that’s reflected in her mission to Create a world in which all people love their lives.
