She shares her story of how she got interested in crypto, starting with hearing about it from a family member in 2013. She then got into 3D printing and saw how crypto was being used to pay for things in that industry. In 2017, a friend gave her some bitcoin, and she finally got interested in the space. She then started managing the Utah Bitcoin Community. In 2019, she partnered with a friend to do a crypto-themed balloon festival, which was a success. 2) Michelle was born in the city, and she's been in the crypto space for about five years now. She's been involved with the community and now with her business. Michelle loves cooking, gardening and boring things like that. She was born on a sidewalk in a city.
3) In 2013 when she was working as a nanny. She heard about bitcoin. She fell in love with the space. In 2017, one of her friends gave her $500 worth of bitcoin. He has been in the Crypto space since 2013 and he was mining and everything. The Utah bitcoin community has been around since 2013. started almost ten years ago.
4) Cryptocrate is a bootstrapped startup built by Michelle. She has never had a partnership with the business, but she could see where it could be a possibility in the future. She had a great success with the collaboration with the Balloon Festival. In order for something to be adopted, there needs to be trust in it, and people need to get exposed to it. Marketing always boils down to know like trust. The other cool thing about Crypto and NFTs and stuff like that is that it's community driven.
5) Some of the more successful cryptocurrencies are letting a little bit of regulation come in. Michelle is torn between her original rebel side of why she loves crypto and the need to have balance with both. In crypto and the blockchain, everybody can see anything and everything that's going on. If I go look at somebody's etherscan and I can see exactly what their wallet is doing.
6) People are being inspired to be responsible for the success of their own money. People are taking responsibility for the overall health of the financial system. GameStop is a good example. Netflix could have its own community.
7) In business. There are some good companies that make a lot of money and some evil ones that make lots of money by doing not so good things.
8) Cryptocrate is a company that provides gift boxes with crypto-themed items for clients. Michelle explains to the audience why she started. Entrepreneurship is a lot of work, and there are ups and downs. But the secret to success is not to quit.

Her father, a world-renowned lecturer, training doctors all over the world on how to treat their patients with a special time-release technology for a variety of illnesses, had some ideas for her. Dr. Denis spent over 30 years helping folks solve challenging metabolic illnesses and had discovered that the body has systems built in that can guide almost anybody into better health. He wrote a book called, “The Power of Fastercise” that used signaling exercises to rapidly improve health.

Theresa Ortega: the Handwriting Sensei
Theresa Ortega grew up in Caracas, Venezuela and now lives here in the United States. She has pursued martial arts and mastered them and has had a martial arts store for a number of years. Ever the entrepreneur she formed a practice as a therapist and combined it with handwriting analysis. Handwriting analysis is the science of reading the clues to one’s subconscious that are marked plainly to view within one’s handwriting, if we only know how to look.
Her first exposure to handwriting analysis was when her grandmother shared with her a 6-page handwriting analysis that she had requested. She was intrigued because her grandmother was impressed with its accuracy in describing her personality traits. She was doubly intrigued because her grandmother was known as someone who wanted you to prove everything to her.
Throughout her schooling, training and life she stayed connected to the field of study and read up on the topic sporadically. Finally, in 2003 she began to study it in-depth and has continued studying it since then. Today she is known as the Handwriting Sensei
Handwriting is a perfect complement to her psychology degree. It lets her be able to assess a person quickly from a handwriting sample. Dallas business owners stand to learn a lot from this comeback story. Qamar Zaman triumphed over being born with a disability, surviving a natural disaster and living through a car accident.
But he never let that stop him, and has become a vital part of the Dallas business community.
A Revolutionary Business Mind of Today

The Natural Disaster That Nearly Took His Life
When Hurricane Ivan ravaged the Cayman Islands back in 2004, Qamar Zaman had to spend nearly 24 hours gripping the hooks within his garage so that the floodwater didn't go over his head and drown him.
Unfortunately, Zaman had nothing left in the aftermath. But the hurricane didn t take his life, nor his drive to bounce back.
It was a very scary moment for me, because I had lost everything, says Zaman.
Within two weeks Zaman decided to return to Dallas and build a new life for himself in the city he still calls home. This also marked the beginning of KISS PR.
Business Minds to Make It Happen
Resilient people will always find a way to rise above their obstacles. When Zaman returned to Dallas, he immediately began to build connections with the local businesses.
I was lucky enough to get good clients in Dallas, and those clients also became my mentors. My clients and mentors really became my growth factor, shares Zaman.
