Pegasus orchestrated the virtual event for NevadaDesertExperience.org around Saint Francis Day, 2020, during Keep Space For Peace Week, so the Global Network Against Weapons and Nuclear Power In Space was represented along with Tri Valley Communities Against Radioactive Environments too. But the stars of the Sacred Peace Walk cG were the five who walked in the desert, along with support from five others--an annual pilgrimage for all nationalities in Native American homelands, to protect everyone's environment and work for peace and justice.

Dorothy Day was a co-founder of the Catholic Worker Movement, born in 1897 and deceased in 1980. Her movement was instrumental in changing the face of Catholicism in the USA post-World War II. The newspaper she co-founded with Peter Maurin (The Catholic Worker) is still published in New York, 90 years after its debut. In this episode of Katholic Worker Community Radio, you'll hear friends and comrades of Dorothy, as well as her own voice, gleaned from recordings by Rosalie Riegle in anticipation of her book published in 2006 (~Dorothy Day: Portraits By Those Who Knew Her~).
Ammon Hennacy was a unique Catholic Worker, a pacifist-anarchist-christian-vegetarian who agitated against the military, the death penalty, nuclear weapons and capitalist comfort-zones throughout his colorful life. Born in 1893 and deceased in 1970, Saint Ammon A. H. Hennacy spent his final decade operating the Joe Hill House of Hospitality (Saint Joseph's Refuge) in Salt Lake City, UT. This Katholic Worker Community Radio episode features interviews with many of Ammon's friends and comrades. This program was a prelude to ~A Peace Of The Anarchy~.
