DAMIVN

DAMIVN (Damian Kotwica) is a music producer and composer from Belgium. His productions explore styles as diverse as pop, house, techno, trap, and dubstep. DAMIVN's passion for cinematic and orchestral scores is also a considerable influence. It has been a recurring element in his songwriting. DAMIVN started as a hip-hop producer for a local rapper. Soon after, he became more interested in electronic dance music. Around 2007, he started producing Hardstyle. In 2010 DAMIVN opened his first record label, "Allusion Records." He released music by artists such as Blinders, Groovebox & Alex H In 2012, he released a gigantic mashup of 116 songs in 6 minutes. It went viral and even appeared on many major music blogs, including VICE & Complex. This same year, he opened another record label, "DUSTLA." His vision was to help young bass music and EDM artists with development support. "DUSTLA" worked with artists like Sikdope, Dr. Ozi, No Mana, Karetus, Tom Budin, Singularity, Teddy Killerz, and others. DAMIVN released a remix of Hardwell's "Spaceman." The work was signed to Hardwell's label, "Revealed Recordings," and was featured on the DJ Mags 2012 Top 100 Album. Besides talent development, DAMIVN is also a well-known ghost producer. He has worked on many radio hits for commercial artists. He released music on some of the most relevant record labels out there. Some of them include Universal Music, Sony, Warner Music, Spinnin' Records, Ultra, Atlantic Records, and EMI, among others!
