We are multidimensional beings meaning there is more than one aspect to us. Namely... Mind - consciousness/spirit, physically expressed through the mind Soul - light body/Aura, physically personified by our blood/DNA Body - our outer physical body and organs The body is of coarse the temporary aspect of our being, it oxidizes and eventually expires {death}. The soul is our eternal body of expression in all dimensions of space and time, our DNA carries on over many life times continually evolving from dense to light over many incarnation. And the Mind is of course the expression of who/what we really are - eternal beings of conscious energy. In this discussion we we explore the soul aspect of us, our DNA, blood, light bodies with particular reference to how other natural elements here on Earth have a cause and effect on our souls being. We will focus mainly on three elements - the gen/gene elements found within this realm Hydrogen Nitrogen Oxygen These gen elements have a profound impact on our DNA gene coding and subsequently the growth and ascension of our souls/light bodies Hydrogen is the capstone of this holy trinity of elements, it is the ACCELERATOR element. Hydrogen is the most abundant element, symbolized by the atomic number 1, it is the first element on the chemical periodic table and also the lightest element. Hydrogen hydrates and lifts. Here on Earth it is commonly found abundantly in water {H2O}, the air we breath, the Sun and in small quantities, the moon. Hydrogen is the fuel that hydrates our blood which in turn ACTIVATES our dormant DNA coding. This activation of dormant DNA is what converts our inner light bodies/souls, from dense to light. In its purest form, Hydrogen converts into pure natural plasma. Hydrogen is what is commonly known by mystics as PRANA energy. Physical ascension is the process of inner alchemy, turning our lead blood into monatomic light gold {Plasma light} Nitrogen is the CATALYST that helps our blood absorb maximum Hydrogen. Nitrogen is the catalyst fuel that CONVERTS Hydrogen intake. Nitrogen is the 5th most abundant element, symbolized as the atomic number 7 - 7 of course symbolizing completion. Nitrogen is naturally abundantly found in green plants, fruits, herbs and in the air. Within our bodies excess nitrogen converts into urea nitrogen which should then be recycled onto the plants we consume to create a symbiotic organic human fuel system. Oxygen is the DECELERATIVE element chemically symbolized by the atomic number 8. 8 of course is the number of regeneration. Oxygen is the densest element of the 3 GEN chemical elements. Unlike Nitrogen which is an accelerator, Oxygen is a DECELERATOR. It decelerates through a process known as OXIDATION. Oxygen removes electrons {oxidizes ,death}, Nitrogen converts electrons, and Hydrogen accelerates and activates them. Oxygen could be viewed as the counter force of Hydrogen. Oxygen drops, Hydrogen lifts. Oxygen is dense, Hydrogen is light. Animal meat and blood is full of oxygen which oxidizes, and subsequently drops our hydrogen levels - making us denser on a DNA cellular level. Plants are full of nitrogen which which is a great catalyst for accelerating hydrogen intake. consuming plants increases our chances of absorbing maximum hydrogen. Increase of Hydrogen of course means increase in DNA activation and increase in plasma light, which then lifts our souls and rises our consciousness, drawing us closer to becoming an angel {angle of light}

1 - In your current situation - city, town, house, apartment imagine whatever income you have now was given to you, all your debts cleared and all bills taken care of. Financially you have no worries or burdens. Consider your passions, strengths and experiences and think about what would you do with your time? How would you invest your time to grow within yourself and support those around you? What does that world look like? How do you invest your time? What experiences are you looking for?

2 - You are living in a community of like minded people. This community can be whatever suits your vision. An eco village, living remotely in tents, huts, vehicles, tree houses or a giant country estate - whatever fits your dream. In this community no one has any financial pressure, everyone is sustained, everyone shares the excess they have of everything. Everyone is working in common unity as one community. Think about your experiences from this lifetime…. What are your strengths, your passions? What would your role be within the community? Think about your passions, strengths, experiences and personality traits. What will you bring to the community and what experiences are you looking for?

3 - Visualise your version of a heaven on earth world. A land with no government, no money, no wars, no negative energy. Imagine you've just arrived in to a small community/village. Now it's time to really think about your astrological & spiritual traits. Your elements and core behaviors. Think about how your natural traits would aid this community to thrive in all aspects, mentally, spiritually & physically? This time only try to let only 25% of your matrix induced experiences come in to play. Really think about the real YOU, perhaps the YOU that YOU always wanted to be. Or the YOU that you've only just tuned into during this current awakening phase of consciousness. In a perfect world, who would you be? What would you bring to the community? What experiences would you be looking for? As you embark on this thought exercise, remember that you are are god capable of creating physical objects, mental scenarios and spiritual experiences all of which start in your mind with a thought. Nothing can ever come into manifestation or reality without it first being a thought. All realities first begin as a though/idea that weaves into a dream, which then manifests into reality. The process and speed of manifestation from thought to reality is dependent on the will power behind the intention.
