God designed your brain for joy. Your brain craves joy, being celebrated by people around you, more than anything else. When you know joy, your relational circuits are turned on, and you can grow in God.
There is another key ingredient or nutrient you need to have in your soul if you are to flourish in life and in Christ. It's called "hesed" or knowing God's unfailing love.
