The Leadership Blend

The Leadership Blend is a 2 hour talk radio show airing every Monday IBNX Radio Network on #Talk NX. It is hosted by author and Doctoral Candidate Ricardo D. Wrice and his subject correspondents. The show was created on March 6, 2017 on its former station Love 860am. It relocated in its fourth season to its current home at IBNX Network. From inception, the show was designed to bring awareness to everyday leadership by everyday people. Highlighting local leaders in both the private and public sector. In it's new season, the show has evolved to cover national and international leadership. Seeking to synthesize, examine and explain the decisions being made on behalf of the average individual daily.

Mission Statement: The Leadership Blend seeks to be the "voice" that synthesizes, examines, and explains the local, national and international decisions being made on behalf of the average individual. Our desire is to simplify everyday leadership and show how fluid leadership typically is. We achieve this by interviewing leaders, attending events and creating programs.

Vision Statement: The Leadership Blend seeks to be one of the premier outlets to keep people informed, empowered and aware. Our goal is to ensure that people understand the decisions being made on their behalf and how it will directly affect their way of life.
